SpaceX recently launched 46 of their internet-beaming satellites to low-Earth orbit. There have been eight launches in as many weeks into the year. More than 50 missions are planned before the end of 2022. Recently, a geomagnetic storm caused by the sun knocked out 40 of 49 satellites, forcing SpaceX to de-orbit and let them burn up in the atmosphere.
