In a last-ditch shuttle diplomatic bid, German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz visits Kyiv on Monday Feb. 12, and Moscow on Tuesday. His talks with Vladimir Putin will be followed by another meeting in Kyiv with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.
