Conservative Prime Minister Boris Johnson quoted communist dictator Vladimir Lenin saying, “Lenin once said that the communist revolution was Soviet power plus the electrification of the whole country,” Johnson said.  “…the coming industrial revolution is green power plus the electrification of the whole country,” he continued.
