Why Does the Prophesied Peace Agreement Have to be with the Palestinians?

Even though two Middle East peace agreements will be signed at the White House tomorrow, we know they are not the prophesied agreement that starts Daniel’s Seventieth Week. Why does the prophesied peace agreement have to be with the Palestinians?
