The Prophesied Middle East Peace Agreement: Why a Seven-Year Deal Is Inevitable

Dave Robbins: For decades, world leaders have sought to–peace
in the Middle East, only to see, just about every
effort, unravel.
Yet Bible prophecy reveals a coming agreement between Israel
and the Palestinians specifically, that will mark
a pivotal moment in history–the beginning of the final
seven years.
Well, on this edition of “The Endtime Show,” we’re going to
uncover how a prophesied seven-year deal dividing
Jerusalem and sharing the Temple Mount could soon become reality.
So, you’re not gonna wanna miss this segment as we connect
today’s events to tomorrow’s prophecies.

Dave: Good afternoon everybody.
I’m Dave Robbins with Endtime Ministries.
Thank you so much for joining me on this edition of “The
Endtime Show.”
I wanna begin by saying a very pointed and specific statement.
Israel and the Palestinians in search of peace.
I know everybody says, “Well, that’s impossible.”
And there’s all kinds of peace agreements, and peace
initiatives, and peace proposals flying around in the headlines.
But I wanna make sure everybody knows that if the prophesied
peace agreement–will be between the Israelis and the
Palestinians–those right there that are vying for Judea,
Samaria or the modern day West Bank.
You know, for over 75 years, world leaders have chased the
dream of Middle East peace.
They’ve hosted summits, they’ve signed accords, they’ve issued
bold declarations.
And yet a final resolution–it still remains just out of reach.
Every breakthrough seems to end in disappointment.
But as students of Bible prophecy, we know the answer
isn’t found in these diplomatic circles.
Let’s say within the United Nations or political promises.
Scripture clearly reveals that a peace agreement between Israel
and the Palestinians is not only possible–I know in the news it
seems impossible.
The geopolitical situation over there on the, you know, the edge
of the Mediterranean Sea, it just seems like, “No way!
Israel and the Palestinians?”
But it’s not only possible, it is inevitable according to
the Bible.
The only real question is, when is this event going to
happen–this peace agreement?
God’s prophetic timeline–it’s unfolding before our very eyes.
And the signs point to the soon fulfillment of this long
anticipated event.
So folks, we are going to do a deep dive into this today
because I really want you to understand what’s going on in
the Middle East and how possible is this in the near future.
Okay, so let’s do a deep dive here, everybody, of this peace
agreement and what’s gonna happen in the Middle East
because I want you to understand what are we looking for?
The Bible lays all this out.
And I want you to understand scripturally where we’re at and
what we should be looking for in the future.
So, the question is–because it’s been happening for
years–decades now.
Will a peace agreement ever be achieved in the Middle East?
You know, since 1948, generation after generation of statesmen
and these political leaders, they have pursued this elusive
goal of ending the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Time and again peace has seemed within reach, but only to slip
away at the final moment.
It’s kind of like–remember when you used to go swimming when you
was a kid and there was a beach ball, but every time you went to
grab it, it was too big for your hand?
It was just out of the grasp, right?
Well, this reoccurring disappointment has led even
the most dedicated peacemakers to question whether a lasting
resolution is truly even possible between these two
long-standing adversaries.
But will peace ever come?
That’s the question.
Well, according to Bible prophecy, a peace agreement
between the Israelis and the Palestinians is not only
possible, but it is foretold to happen in the near future, and
the prophecies always come to pass.
So, what do the prophecies actually say?
Well, according to scripture, the anticipated peace deal is
likely gonna take the form of a seven-year interim agreement.
It’s gonna outline temporary borders for a newly established
Palestinian state or at least an autonomous, self-governing
situation out there.
And it’s gonna implement a sharing arrangement over
the Temple Mount.
It’s gonna allow both Jews and Muslims to worship there and you
know–and the situation is changing, we’re gonna get into
all that today.
It’s not like it was even just a few years ago.
But the final status of Jerusalem, however, is going
to–it’s gonna be seemingly deferred until the conclusion of
this interim period.
Now you and I are going to watch all this stuff come to pass.
And we’re watching people that are proposing all of this stuff
right now.
So, let’s just kind of–let’s section it out here and answer
all the questions as we go down through here.
The first one, let’s say, why an interim agreement?
Because remember, we’re going off of Bible prophecy.
Why do we believe that this prophesied Middle East peace
agreement is going to be just temporary?
Well, the prophecy suggests that the Antichrist will confirm
Israel’s right to exist for a period of seven years.
Now, this is Daniel 9:27.
And the limited duration that is prophesied, that implies that
not all of these disputes will be fully resolved from
the outset.
So they’re gonna say, “Hey, let’s not throw the baby out
with the bathwater.
Let’s get everything we can done.
But the most salient issues we’re gonna put them off
for–we’re gonna postpone them, you know, for a period of time.”
The Bible says it’s gonna be seven years.
The most difficult issue between Israel and the Palestinians is
the fate of Jerusalem.
But always has been, right?
And Israel took control of the city of Jerusalem during the
1967 war.
They had control of the western part, but they took control of
the eastern part–part of it.
And they formally annexed East Jerusalem in 1980.
And they declared the entire city it’s eternal
undivided capital.
Well, of course, in contrast, the Palestinians, they insist
that East Jerusalem must serve as the capital of their
future state.
Now, I’m talking about the holy basin here where the Temple
Mount is located, the Mount of Olives, the Kidron Valley,
the–imagine that being under control of the Palestinians.
Well, this is what they’re demanding.
Palestinian authority, President Mahmoud Abbas, he has stated
repeatedly that there can be no peace without East Jerusalem as
the capital of their state.
Well, given the deep divide, of course, on this issue, the only
practical path forward may be to postpone the final decision on
Jerusalem and potentially end in a final seven year period.
This is very–this is prophetic, okay.
And so, we know this.
I’m not speculating here.
I know this is coming.
So, let’s talk about the provisional borders of the
Palestinian state.
Because all of this is laid out in the prophecies of the Bible.
And in–so when we look at provisional borders–in 2013,
you remember Yossi Beilin.
He was one of the chief architects or the chi–I should
say the chief negotiators of the 1993 Oslo Peace Accords.
And he discussed the prospects of an Israeli-Palestinian peace.
And he suggested that provisional borders could be
drawn for a future Palestinian state enabling self-governance
while deferring unresolved core issues.
He actually–this is what the Bible says is coming.
He actually laid this out back in 2013.
And of course Yossi Beilin, he argued that the interim approach
would prevent deadlock over a few contentious points from
derailing the entire process.
This is what’s going to happen in the near future.
And he also claimed that Prime Minister Netanyahu was open to
this temporary arrangement or an interim peace agreement.
In other words, pushing the decision, who controls
Jerusalem out?
And we just–we can’t decide on that right now.
It’s, you know, it all comes down to Jerusalem.
And beyond that, more pointed, who controls the Temple Mount?
That’s all gonna be pushed out to the end of this
peace agreement.

Dave: Many people argue America is not mentioned in the
prophecies of the Bible.
But they will miss so much about the coming events that will
happen in the end-time if they don’t get that understanding.
What do these beast symbolize?
That’s what we need to answer because if we can’t understand
what these beasts symbolize, there’s no point in even
studying this, right?
If you don’t believe that America is mentioned in the
Bible, you’re gonna be stuck when it comes to figuring out
all these prophecies.
But once you understand this, America has a prophesied future.
It’s given to us in the Bible.
And the America will not be part of the world government, but
we’re gonna be protecting Israel against the world government,
all the way to the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Dave: So, the sharing of the Temple Mount.
Now, there’s a lot of people that believe there’s just no way
this is going to happen.
But it’s been proposed over and over and it–according to
scripture, this is what’s going to happen.
Okay, so let’s get some history here and then I’ll bring you
up to today.
On May 14, 1948, Israel declares its independence.
The following day, these–I think it was five neighboring
Arab nations.
They launched an assault on this infant state of Israel.
Jordanian forces–they crossed the Jordan River and they took
control of Judea, Samaria–now called the modern day West Bank.
And when a ceasefire was reached in 1949, Jordan retained control
of both the West Bank and Jerusalem’s old city, the
eastern portion, including the Temple Mount.
They were illegally occupying it at that point.
So between 1948 and 1967, Jews were barred from visiting or
praying at the Temple Mount.
Well–so if I would have told you back then, “Well, there’s
gonna be a sharing arrangement,” everybody would have said,
“Dave, what are you talk–there’s no way.
It’s not–never gonna happen.
We’re gonna go back into another war.”
Well, when the Bible prophesies it though, I want you to know
that these prophecies always come to pass.
There’s not one tenth of 1% chance that every single
prophecy in the Bible will not be fulfilled.
God’s already seen all this played out, and he went back,
and he gave it to the writers of the Bible.
And said, “Look, here’s how it’s gonna happen.
You write this out because it’s for the people of the time of
the end.”
And now here we are watching all these prophecies unfold.
During the 1967 six days war, Jordan attacked Israel and it
prompted an Israeli counteroffensive that led to the
capture of East Jerusalem, the Old City, and it extended
control of the Judea, Samaria all the way to the Jordan River.
They drove the Jordanians back out of there.
Prior to that, Jordan had driven all of the Jews that had lived
out there prior to the ’67 war.
They drove all them out.
Well, now the Jews drove the Jordanians out and that’s when
they, of course, they go out there and they started to occupy
the West Bank region.
Well, some religious Jews wanted the Dome of the Rock, at that
time in ’67, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque to be removed.
To blow it up, take it all out of there, let’s get rid of it.
You know, the Temple Mount’s in our hands and to make way for
a third temple.
However, Israel’s secular leadership, they were wary of
this global backlash.
They feared the wrath of the United Nations.
So they chose to preserve the Muslim sites.
And following the war, Israel allowed the Islamic WAQF spelled
W-A-Q-F.
They allowed them to resume oversight of the
Temple Mount.
So in 1967, they conquer the Temple Mount, and they say, “The
Temple Mount is in our hands.”
And then they turn right around and give control of that back to
the Muslim WAQF.
Well, at the same time, most Jewish rabbis instructed Jews
not to go up on the Temple Mount.
Becau–and they were citing religious restrictions from
Numbers 19 regarding the purification.
Or–this is where be–where the red heifer ashes come in,
Numbers 19.
And the poten–because they would say that they need to
be–all of the Israelis who have come in contact with a dead
body, whether you walked by a graveyard, whether you went to a
funeral, you went to a hospital where somebody had passed away,
anything, you would need to be purified with the ashes from
this red heifer.
And so, the Jews–the rabbis were like, “Oh, Jews, you can’t
go up there.”
And of course, there was a potential risk of
unintentionally entering the holy of holies whose exact
location is still unknown to this day.
There’s a lot of people that speculate it could be here, it
could be over here, up on the Temple Mount, but nobody knows
for sure.
So, under the Muslim WAQF administration, only Muslims
were allowed to worship up on the Temple Mount.
And since Jewish religious leaders had prohibited visits up
there, this policy went largely uncontested for years.
It’s called the status quo in the news.
However, in recent times, Jewish attitudes toward the Temple
Mount have shifted.
New research has given many Jews confidence in locating the
Temple Mount’s historical position.
And it has eased concerns over an accidental transition.
Additionally, there is growing worry that if only Muslims are
seen praying at the site while Jews remain absent–that it may
signal Jewish indifference.
And as a result, efforts have increased to encourage Jewish
visits, of course, with numbers reaching several hundred
per week.
This would be unheard of back in–a few years ago.
So, for the first time in modern history, Jews are being openly
permitted to pray, to sing and dance across the entire
Temple Mount.
And it’s following a policy change led by Israeli
Prime Minister.
His name is Itamar Ben-Gvir.
And this development ends decades of strict limitations
and of course it marks a pivotal moment in restoring Jewish
religious freedoms at the Temple Mount, which is the most sacred
site of all of Judaism.
Well, in 2023, Israeli Knesset member–his name was
Amit Halevi.
He was with the Likud Party.
He actually proposed a plan to divide or to share the
Temple Mount.
This is as prophetic as it gets, everybody.
And he was granting the Muslims control over the southern
sec–if you go up on the Temple Mount, it’s like two big–two
huge platforms.
It looks like one big platform till you get up there.
When you go up the ramp that goes into the lower
section–that includes the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Well, Halevi was saying that the Muslim–their mosque is down
there, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, so they could have the southern
portion towards the city of David.
And they would assign the central and northern areas where
the Dome of the Rock is to Jewish worshippers.
And Halevi argued that that area holds Judean’s holiest site.
They–he says the foundation stone.
And so, this has been proposed more than just one time.
But Halevi is the most recent one that I could find.
So–but the Bible says in Revelation chapter 11, verse 1
and 2–John, in the future–you’re seeing a future
vision here.
“Measure the temple, but don’t measure the outer court.
It will be trodden down to the Gentiles for 42 months.”
The final 42 months just prior to the second coming of
Jesus Christ.
That final three and one half year period.
So, the Temple Mount’s gonna be placed under a sharing
arrangement, and there are people that have proposed this.
Many people have proposed sharing the Temple Mount.
Let’s just share it.
Just like they are doing down in Hebron.
I just–and it’s just–it’s been hap–it’s happened over and
over, very prophetic.
So, preparations for the third temple, of course, as of
today–there’s a passionate and influential segment of Israel’s
religious community that remains just steadfast in its belief
that the third temple will soon be built on the Temple Mount.
A great, great friend of ours–I’ve been to his house,
and observed the Passover there, and broke bread with him.
It’s the late Gershon Salomon.
You heard my father-in-law Irvine Baxter talk about him
twenty plus years ago.
Great friend of ours, he has now passed away.
He was the former leader of what’s called the Temple
Mount Faithful.
Not the Temple Institute, but the Temple Mount Faithful.
He expressed unwavering confidence in this vision of
rebuilding the third temple.
So much so, that a cornerstone for the Temple Mount has already
been ready and prepared.
He had two of them.
I’ve been to them, I’ve touched them–the cornerstones that will
be used for the third temple.
They were–they are now ready for the construction to begin.
For decades, the Temple Institute which is another group
devoted to the restoration of temple worship, they have been
meticulously crafting the sacred vessels, and furnishings, and
training the priest that are needed to resume temple service.
And their work is now largely complete.
And there’s the brazen altar, you can go see this.
Whenever we go to Israel–our tour group that’s going with us
here in October, they’ll see these things.
We go there every year: the brazen altar, the brazen labor
for priestly washing, the golden Menorah, the table of showbread,
the–an altar of incense.
They’ve all been recreated in accordance with
biblical specifications.
And while most of their required items have been–they’ve been
ready for years now.
I’ve started seeing ’em way back, 10, 15 years ago.
There was one key element that had long remained absent.
I went there many years and didn’t see the ark of
the covenant.
Well, that all changed dramatically when during a visit
to the Temple Mount back in 2013, visitors were shown
a newly crafted ark for the first time.
And according to the guide, many of the Jewish community believe
that the original ark of the covenant remains hidden.
But this newly made version will stand in its place, ready for
use once the third temple is established.
Now, I should tell you, I don’t believe they’ll ever find the
original Ark of the Covenant.
The Bible says in the book of Jeremiah that they will not
mention it and it will not be remembered anymore.
It’s possible that it could be–when John saw a vision of
heaven in the future, he said the Ark of the Testament was
in heaven.
And that’s Revelation chapter 11.
So, I don’t think they’ll ever find the original one, but they
have won a mock one.
I’ve seen it many, many times.
It’s in the Temple Institute, and they have spent just
untold–a lot of money on it.
And they’re ready to go.
So, also another prophetic aspect that we need to look at
is postponing the status of Jerusalem because this is all
laid out in the Bible.
And once you understand the events that happened–the big
scope here–the final seven year agreement, the Temple Mount–the
temple’s gonna be rebuilt, the temple is gonna be under
a sharing arrangement, but Jerusalem is going to be the
sticking–the real sticking point here for everybody.
And that’s actually what the Battle of Armageddon is gonna be
fought over.
This–the last war on the planet is gonna be fought over the
status of Jerusalem.
The Bible says, “I will draw all nations down to Jerusalem
to battle.
Battle of Armageddon gonna start at the plain of Megiddo and end
up in Jerusalem because that’s what the international armies
are coming down–to force compliance.
“We will control Jerusalem!”
Even back in the partition plan.
In 1947, the United Nations wanted Jerusalem to be
an international city.
That’s what Satan wants it to be.
But God said, “No!”
That I’m putting my name there and I’m giving this land to
the Jews.
There are people that argue today that the modern day nation
of Israel is not the same nation that God promised Abraham, but
that simply is not true.
God told Abraham, “Abraham, I’m giving you this land from the
river in Egypt all the way up to the great river, the
river Euphrates.”
And you look throughout the Bible, and he said, “I will make
a great nation of you.”
And he said, “And I’m giving you to this lineage”–look
throughout scripture.
“Through the lineage of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob.”
And Jacob’s name was changed to Israel.
And God made the promise to each of them forever,
an everlasting promise.
And that the modern day nation of Israel–you say, “But not
everybody lives for God.”
I understand that, but that does not disannul the promises of God
that God made to Abraham.
God is gonna honor that promise and before it’s all over with,
all of Israel is going to be saved.
Right there when the Lord comes back, plants his feet upon the
Mount of Olives, the Bible is very, very clear on that.
Revel–it’s Romans 11:25 and 26, “When the fullness of the
Gentiles become in, all of Israel will be saved.”
Now, there’s some of them that will perish.
And Zechariah chapter 13 says that two-thirds of them will be
destroyed, but one third, a remnant of Jews will come
through as gold tried in the fire.
So, certainly a lot coming in the near future and
we–certainly we wanna help as many Jews as we can to be saved
and that’s the goal here.
We’re working, we’re gonna warn them, we’re gonna teach them,
and we’re already doing it.
And God is helping us, and I’m so thankful to be just a very
small part of it.
And I know that everyone listening to us today is a part
of it as well.
You support us, and we’re all gonna do great things for the
kingdom of God before this wraps up.

So let’s talk about the four horsemen.
What do these horses symbolize?
“These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from
standing before the LORD of all the earth.”
In the end time, the true people of God will not be weak, anemic,
and defeated.
These prophesied events are revealing, we are quickly
approaching the time of the great tribulation right now.
