Peace Agreement or Prophetic Prelude? Analyzing the Board of Peace
Dave Robbins: Could the Board of Peace, along with points 19 and
20 of President Trump’s 20-point plan titled “The Comprehensive
Plan to End the Gaza Conflict,” could that potentially set the
stage for an Israeli-Palestinian deal?
Well, we’re going to analyze the prophetic implications of the
new Board of Peace on this edition of “The Endtime Show.”
♪♪♪
Dave: Good afternoon, everybody.
I’m Dave Robbins with Endtime Ministries, and I thank you so
much for joining me on this edition of “The Endtime Show.”
So much in the news right now.
I mean, World War III and potential peace in the
Middle East.
Will Trump take Greenland?
Or what’s going on in Venezuela?
I mean, there’s just stuff all over the world.
But I wanted to focus in right there on the Middle East and
certainly Israel and Gaza today and the Board of Peace.
You know, Bible prophecy foretells a future peace
agreement between Israel and the Palestinians, and it’s going to
be an accord that once confirmed, will initiate the
seven-year period culminating with the Battle of Armageddon
and the return of Jesus Christ to the earth.
And it is against that backdrop that some diplomats have
suggested that President Trump’s proposed Gaza, let’s say peace
board, the Board of Peace, could expand into a body resembling
somewhat like a united–a new United Nations because he’s
inviting, I mean, with reports are indicating that more than 50
world leaders have been invited to participate.
Together–well, if you take all that together with points 19 and
20 of President Trump’s 20-point comprehensive plan to end the
Gaza conflict, my question is, do these developments
meaningfully lay the groundwork for this future
Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement prophesized in
the Bible?
We’re gonna talk about that today, analyze the Board of
Peace, what’s going on, and will this lead to a prophesized
peace agreement.
Some people say this is one, but it’s not, and I want to make
sure you guys understand that.
Before we go into that, I want to mention our match grant that
we have going.
We had a very generous partner of ours say that they would
match every donation up to $65,000.
And so, our–we’ve got, you know, a lot of equipment that we
need upgraded here in the studio and we had a lot of equipment
that needs upgraded in Israel.
And certainly, you know, we’re reaching souls all over the
world, folks, literally.
And so, this is simply a way that you can help support us and
your donation has doubled right now.
So, very thankful for that.
And God is helping us, but–and, you know, we don’t always come
on here and ask for money.
We just don’t do that.
None of us really enjoy doing that, right?
But the thing is, it does take money to help run the ministry,
and so there’s a way you could help us right there.
Certainly, you could go to endtime.com/2X
or call 1-800-363-8463.
Okay.
Now, the Board of Peace.
So, what I want to do today, I want to slow way down.
I mean, really slow down because what is being constructed right
now around Gaza, it’s not just some another headline, it’s not
just another ceasefire announcement, not just another
some kind of a humanitarian package, no.
What is unfolding is something that’s far more serious.
What’s happening here is–it’s really the creation of a new
international governing mechanism.
It’s going to be chaired by President Trump and backed by a
named leadership structure, and it’s layered by oversight bodies
and enforcement capable security force.
But it’s being presented to the world as the bridge from war
to peace.
And now you guys know from what the Bible teaches that the next
two things on God’s prophetic timeline, the once and
done prophecies.
There are many prophecies that are ongoing and will be ongoing
to the second coming of Jesus Christ, but the next
prophecies that are once and done is World War III and a
peace agreement between the Israeli–Israel
and the Palestinians.
So, they–they’re looking at this scenario right here
in Gaza.
Many of them are looking at it as a bridge from war to peace,
from destruction to, let’s say, stability, and from chaos.
If you’ve seen pictures of Gaza lately, utter chaos, utter
destruction to reconstruction.
And of course, many of people just wondering, “Who’s going to
govern all this?”
Well, President Trump is setting all this up.
And as of just recently, this is no longer theoretical.
This is no longer just a rumor.
It’s no longer some kind of a think tank speculation.
This is being formally announced, internationally
circulated, diplomatically activated, and most importantly,
in some cases, already accepted.
Now, today, I want to walk you–I want to talk about what
the White House is calling this Board of Peace.
It’s on every headline of every news source.
What is the Board of Peace?
The Board of Peace directly tied to President Donald J. Trump’s
comprehensive plan to end the Gaza conflict.
And it’s a 20-point roadmap unveiled back in late September
2025, and it’s now entering its second phase–I should say the
second operational phase.
Even though some would say, “Well, phase one isn’t even
done yet.
Hamas hasn’t, you know, disarmed and things like that,” but
they’re already moving into phase two, because they believe
that if they can get this–get phase two in there and
implemented, that it will finish–it’ll finalize and
finish phase one, and then they’ll have a governing
situation in there.
So, according to the White House, the Board of Peace exists
to provide strategic oversight, international funding
coordination, and governance accountability, and long-term
stability as Gaza transition from their active war into what
they describe as peace and development.
Now, Hamas, obviously still there.
And that’s one of the things that prime–that–this is kind
of a sticking point here between Prime Minister Netanyahu of
Israel and the Trump plan.
Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel is kicking against this
because they believe Israel should control that.
And President Trump has said, “Well, we are going to control
of this.”
It’s a bunch of international diplomats and different people.
And I’ll get to that in just a second, but there’s a little bit
of a sticking point here because I think Israel realizes that
you’re talking about bringing in some people who are pro-Hamas
supporters to govern the thing.
And so, imagine what’s–you can only imagine the conundrum
that’s going on.
Prime Minister is–Netanyahu kicking against all of this.
But here’s the thing, everyone, and I want you to hear this
very clearly.
This is not just humanitarian aid.
It’s not simply monitoring the situation.
It’s not a diplomatic contact group.
This is a governance framework that is being put in place.
You understand Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon pulled
Jews, about 9000 of them, kicking and screaming out of
Gaza back in 2005 and handed that over to the Palestinians,
which eventually put Hamas in power as a form of trading
Promised Land for peace, which is very anti-Bible.
And it–and, of course, they traded land for peace and they
got pretty much almost from day one, rockets fired into Israel.
And then on October 7, 2023, Hamas finally invades.
Well, now they’re putting in a government’s frame–governance
framework and, you know, it coordinates political authority
is what it does.
Reconstruction, economic investment, security enforcement
inside of a post-war territory which some could say, “Well, if
they can get this to work, then potentially it could work for
the West Bank region or Judea Samaria.”
Well, that’s what I’m looking at as a prophet from
a prophetic perspective.
And so, I’m watching this.
I’ve read everything I can get my hands on on this Board of
Peace, and I wanted you to understand what’s really going
on here.
Dave: One of the most frequently asked questions we receive at
Endtime Ministries is, “Why do you guys teach the Rapture
happens after the Great Tribulation?”
Should we be passively waiting to be taken at any moment or
actively preparing for the greatest revival in history?
Paul states plainly it will not occur until after the man of
sin, the Antichrist, is revealed, and that will not
happen until God declares it is time.
I will walk you through a timeline of the final seven
years to Rapture, the marriage supper of the Lamb, and the
Second Coming of Jesus Christ is one continuous event.
It’s not an event separated by seven years.

Dave: Now, whether they use the word or not, this places it
firmly in the category of international administration.
I’ve talked to you recently about what’s the struggle here
in America, globalism versus nationalism.
And President Trump is a nationalist.
He doesn’t believe in globalism or moves towards a world
governing body, but some people are saying this move in Gaza is
almost like another–maybe a different type of a UN,
United Nations.
Well, if you understand what’s really going on here, President
Trump realizes that the United Nations is not really successful
at anything.
Not very much.
And so, he’s done with that.
And so, he’s going against the world government, the United
Nations, the seat of world government in the earth, and he
is handling situations by himself.
And now he’s invited close to 50 diplomats from around the world
to participate in this.
And so, can you imagine the United Nations, which approved
this Board of Peace, but can you imagine them sitting back and
saying, “Well, hold on, President Trump’s running away
with this thing.”
And so, here’s where the thing gets a little bit bigger.
There are multiple reports that indicate that the draft charter
language of the Board of Peace does not even mention Gaza
by name.
It suggests that this structure may be designed as a kind of a
reusable model for future conflict zones.
In other words, maybe not going to the United Nations.
And I don’t know if the United Nations thought about this when
they passed, I think it was what, Resolution 2803, which
approved this Board of Peace, but Gaza may not be the end
of this system.
Maybe just–maybe Gaza will be the test case to see how we can
get this–if we can get this situation settled and calm down
and the thing’s working with this Board of Peace, maybe we
could use the Board of Peace in some other conflict zones, i.e.
the West Bank.
What about the UN authorization?
I mean, temporary by design, the White House explicitly ties the
Board of Peace to the United Nations Security Council
Resolution 2803, this was last year, which endorsed President
Trump’s plan and it welcomed the creation of this–the Board of
Peace or this body.
And–but, you can kind of see what’s going on here because
they realized–I didn’t really understand all this because
President Trump is anti-United Nations, but the United Nations,
they looked at this area and said, “Hey, this is a–kind of a
something that nobody else has been able to solve.”
And they went ahead and approved it and let Trump go in there and
he’s establishing this big–some people are saying like a
parallel United Nations almost, this governing situation.
So, the reporting has confirmed that the Security Council
granted this time-bounded authorization, but they put
a limit on it.
It reportedly runs through the end of 2027.
And so, what’s going to happen after that?
Well, a lot of people are watching to see how this thing
progresses and if it takes care of the Hamas situation moving
forward, because the Iran situation is still there, the
Iran conflict and Hamas being one of their terrorist proxies,
and the Houthis in Lebanon, all that’s still in place by
and large.
And you still have the Houthis down in Yemen, you still have
Hezbollah up in Lebanon.
And so, the ring of fire has not completely gone away even though
it’s kind of–they have the buffer zones and things
in–certainly in Syria and in Lebanon.
The ideology in the Middle East has not gone away by and large.
So, yes, whether people like it or not, this structure is being
presented as internationally recognized at a UN level, at
least within that mandate window up till the end of 2027.
But here’s the tension, and this really matters.
The United Nations authorization is, again, narrow and temporary.
The–while the Board of Peace’s internal architecture is very
broad and it’s expansive and potentially permanent, and this
gap is already raising red flags because if you look at local
governance, in other words, if this ends at 2027, then what do
you do?
Does Hamas move back in?
What happens?
I mean, everybody’s kind of like, “What in the world?”
I mean, this might–it’s only a temporary type situation.
What happens at the end of the–this–what, year and a half
or so?
A little over a year and a half.
Well, they’ve–the local governance is what’s called the
NCAG on the ground.
I’ll get into that.
So, on the ground day to day governance in Gaza is being
assigned to a newly formed– listen closely–a Palestinian
technocratic body.
You wonder why Netanyahu is against this.
Because day to day governance in Gaza is being assigned to that
newly formed Palestinian technocratic body called the
National Committee for the Administration of Gaza,
or the NCAG.
And it’s led by Dr. Ali Shaath.
And he’s a–get this, he’s a Gaza-born economist and includes
specialists overseeing.
So, he’s Gaza-born.
And Prime Minister Netanyahu is looking at them and saying,
“Hold on a second, these guys are willing to put a Palestinian
leadership to govern the thing day to day?”
But then they’re going to be overseen.
And they’re going to oversee health, education, finance,
agriculture, water, civil policing.
And the White House describes its mission as restoring public
services, rebuilding civil institutions, stabilizing daily
life, and preparing Gaza for longer term governance.
Again, under some–and the Palestinian–some of the
Palestinians will be included in this, but explicitly non-Hamas
and non-political.
Yeah, right. We’ll see how that–
A lot of people–there’s eyes that are all over the world that
are glued to this right now because this has been one of the
most intractable conflicts that for–in the last several, many,
many, many, many decades.
Nobody has been able to solve these situations right here.
The West Bank and Gaza.
And you say, “Oh, they’re not tied in together.
“Oh, don’t you think they’re not?
And even if they get a peace agreement here in Gaza, it does
not mean they’ve settled the West Bank situation.
But if the Palestinians are involved, then they’re both
connected in one way or the another.
So, the structure looks like this.
And I don’t want to get way off into the weeds here, but we’re
all gonna be watching this, right?
If you follow Bible prophecy at all, we’ve got to be watching
what’s going on here because again, this is kind of a model
that they’re going to kind of want to possibly use this Board
of Peace to go in and settle some other conflicts.
Hey, it worked there, why not use it over here?
So, i.e maybe potentially the West Bank situation.
Now, the local administration through this NCAG international
oversight, funding control, and strategic direction through the
Board of Peace.
It’s not accidental, folks.
This is by design.
So, the leadership, let’s talk about that.
So, it’s a–I mean, I want you to understand here, this is a
board, it’s not a peace table.
These people are not coming together and negotiating and
different things like that.
And some people are saying, “Dave, could this be the one?
The peace agreement.”
Well, I’m telling you right now, it’s not.
Could it lead to it?
Potentially.
But this is not the peace agreement that is leading to the
final seven years.
And I want to make sure everybody understands that.
However, it’s kind of like some scaffolding that’s set up.
The scaffolding isn’t the house, but you can’t have the house
without the scaffolding, right?
So, what’s happening here at the top of this entire system sits,
of course, President Trump himself.
And he’s named explicitly as chairman of the Board of Peace
with final approval authority.
Below him is a founding executive board.
Not described as diplomats, but as kind of like portfolio
managers for stabilization and reconstruction.
And these named members are Secretary of State Marco Rubio,
of course, US envoy Steve Witkofff, of course, son-in-law
Jared Kushner, former UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair, World Bank
president Ajay Banga, investor Mark Rowland, senior US national
security official, and each of these guys is assigned
responsibility over governance capacity or I should say
governance capacity building, reconstruction, capital
mobilization, and investment attraction.
Now, this reads less like diplomacy and more like–kind of
like a corporate management board for territory, doesn’t it?
And I think that that’s how President Trump looks at this
type of situation.
Negotiations have never worked because when you’re negotiating
with somebody who’s willing to lie and who wants to destroy
you, then how can you negotiate with a terrorist, folks?
Hamas is a terrorist organization.
How do you negotiate with somebody like that?
Somebody who’s willing to die to kill you, who actually
glorifies death.
They believe that, “Hey, if we die a martyr, we go straight
into the arms of 72 dark-eyed virgins in paradise.”
So, these guys are more than willing to die to kill you.
Now, how do you negotiate a fair deal with that?
They’ve tried it over and over and over again, and it
hasn’t worked.
So, President Trump came along and said, “That’s not
gonna work.
We got to try–we’re going to try a diplomatic solution where
we bring all kinds of people in from all over the world, and
they’re going to help manage this thing.”
Muslims, Christians, or–well, I should–let’s say–just
say politicians.
But some of them have different, obviously, belief systems and
things that they bring to the table.
Tony Blair.
Many of you have said, “Well, man, he could be
the Antichrist.”
He certainly would be on a list if I had one.
If I had a revolving 15, 20-person list, I’d probably
have Tony Blair on there as a potential Antichrist.
And so, he’s certainly a controversial choice and he
remains this deeply just a controversial figure
in the Middle East.
If you understand some of the history, due to his central role
in the 2003 invasion of Iraq, widely views–viewed it, you
know, as just a catastrophic Western intervention that
destabilized the region for decades.
And sure, Blair, he was a close ally of President George W.
Bush, and he became a symbol of leaders who justified war on
disputed intelligence and then moved on from its consequences.
And the legacy still matters today, why?
Well, after leaving office, Tony Blair served as the Middle East
Quartet’s representative, focusing on governance, reform,
and economic development, but his role was often criticized as
kind of like technocratic, disconnected, and lacked
real leverage.
And he was involved in the Quartet’s Israeli-Palestinian
peace initiatives to handle the West Bank situation:
Israel, Palestine.
Now here he is going to be involved in President Trump’s
Board of Peace.
But some would say, “Oh, this has nothing to do with the
West Bank.”
Don’t you think it doesn’t.
Again, they see this as a model.
If they can get this right, then they think this model can be
used elsewhere.
So, they are heavily investing in this.
And the history with Tony Blair, of course, that helps explain
why President Trump reportedly emphasized ensuring that Tony
Blair was on–was an acceptable choice to everybody because
there was a little controversy with it, but he’s still seeing
that this guy was heavily invested in this peace
initiative years ago.
Now, the high representative, let’s talk about that, or the
authority on the ground.
So, serving as the operational bridge between the Board of
Peace and Gaza is a guy named Nickolay Mladenov.
He’s a former UN Middle East envoy and he was appointed as
this High Representative for Gaza.
You say, “Well, what in the world is his role?”
Well he’s going to coordinate with the NCAG, this people that
have Palestinians involved in the day to day operations, which
sounds–imagine being Prime Minister Netanyahu and looking
at all of this.
He’s bucking against it.
He’s kicking, and I shouldn’t say kicking and screaming, but
he’s bucking against it, let’s say.
Because they’re going to oversee reconstruction and
governance implementation.
And of course, they’re going to have overseers and things like
that, but still, to put them–to turn around and put some–now,
some of them probably can be trusted.
They’re not all bad.
I’ve got friends who are Palestinians, very good people.
They’re Christians, they live in Bethlehem.
So not all of them are bad, but it was the Palestinians that
voted Hamas in originally, you understand?
And so, these different individuals are gonna–this–the
guy I just mentioned, he’s going to act as the board’s direct
authority on the ground and this NCAG.
But they’re going to be overseen by some of these other
characters that are coming along, these political factors
that President Trump’s bringing in from around the world.
