Pact For the Future Pt. 2 – 11/3/2024

Dave Robbins: What if the United
Nations could demand Israel
and Hezbollah cease fire
right now and we had
no Security Council veto power?
Think about that, everybody.
This is what’s being
talked about
in this Pact for the Future.
The only thing that stands
between the United Nations
being a fully functioning,
true world-governing body
is the UN Security Council
veto power.
That’s where the power lies.

Dave: The–the UN Security–the
United Nations was to somehow
do away with the veto power
of the UN Security Council.
Think about what would happen
at the Battle of Armageddon.
Would the United States be able
to protect Israel?
The Bible says all nations are
coming down against Israel
to battle at that point.
What has happened
to the veto power?
Well, we’ll talk about here in
a minute, but let me lay out
a scenario here for you.
Over the last 70 years, the
world has looked to America for
leadership in the implementation
of this New World Order agenda.
Until recently, we have been
the leader of not just
the United Nations, or NATO,
but of all
the multilateral institutions
designed to govern the world.
However, the Bible–Bible
prophecy foretells a completely
different political atmosphere
in the end-time.
According to the prophecies,
there will be a world government
established just prior to the
Second Coming of Jesus Christ,
but the United States will not
be in compfl–in full–in full
compliance with its agenda.
So let’s talk about the–the
prophesied world government.
Six hundred and fifty years
before John wrote the book
of Revelation, the prophet
Daniel was given a vision
of four beasts
that represented kingdoms
or nations that would exist
at the time of the Second Coming
of Jesus Christ.
The four beasts described
in Daniel 7:4 through 7
and the modern nations that
they symbolize are aligned with
eagles’s wings, which is Great
Britain and the United States,
a bear, Russia, a four-headed
leopard, Germany,
and a ten-horned beast,
which symbolizes the reborn
Holy Roman Empire or the
current European Union.
In Revelation, John uses the
same symbols of nations
to describe the end-time
world government.
In John’s account, the four
separate nations of Daniel 7
have federalized into one large
global governing body.
And if you look at the
interpretation, Revelation 13:1
and–1 through 2 would go
something like this:
“And I stood upon the sand
of the sea, and a–
I saw a beast rise up
out of the sea,
having seven heads
and ten horns, and upon
his horns ten crowns, upon his
heads the name of blasphemy.
And the beast which I saw
was like unto a leopard,”
symbolizing the nation of
Germany, “and his feet were
as the–the feet were as
the feet of a bear,” Russia,
“mouth is the mouth of lion,”
Great Britain, “and the dragon,”
or Satan, not China,
“gave him his power, seat,
and great authority.”
Again, that’s Revelation 13:1
through 2.
So this is a 2,000-year-old
prophecy of the world government
that is currently
being established.
However, what happened
to the eagles’s wings?
Well, the eagle’s wing, symbolic
of the United States
in Daniel 7,
they’re not mentioned
in the combo beast
of Revelation 13,
and that indicates the United
States will not be included
in the world government
of the end-time.
And the prophecy also indicates
that the world dominance
will have shifted
from the United States
over to the powers of Europe.
The federalization of those
nations in Revelation 13
is a European-centered
world governing body.
So it leaves us with a few
questions, doesn’t it?
For decades, again,
we’ve been the leader of the–
of this world government.
How’s this shift gonna occur?
Is the United States gonna be
wiped out in World War III?
Are we gonna be brought
to our knees or become a–
a non-factor
on the world stage?
Or will we perhaps go
into isolation?
Well, there is a Scripture that
helps answer these questions.
Jump back one chapter
to Revelation 12.
It’s the only other place in
end-time Bible prophecy that
the eagle’s wings are mentioned.
Revelation 12:13 says the dragon
will persecute a woman with
12 stars around her head.
The woman in that chapter is
Israel, and the 12 stars
symbolize the 12 tribes
of Israel.
So according to Revelation 13,
the dragon, or Satan,
will use the Antichrist and his
world-governing system to do
the persecuting.
The world religious system is
gonna be in on that as well.
The Bible says the end-time
world religion will be drunken
with the blood of the saints.
Well, John tells us in the very
next verse, this will be
Revelation 12:14, that Israel
will be protected during
the Great Tribulation,
which will occur during the
final 3 1/2 years immediately
preceding the Second Coming.
We have always used our UN
Security Council veto power
to protect Israel against
the world-governing body.
This is exactly what this says
is gonna happen.
The Bible says in Revelation
12:14, “And to the woman,”
Israel, “were given two wings
of a great eagle,”
the United States,
“that she might fly
into the wilderness,
into her place,”
Israel, “where she is nourished
for a time, times,
and half a time,
from the face of the serpent,”
the serpent here being
the Antichrist as
world-governing body and Satan.
A clear understanding
of Revelation 12 and 13
has allowed us to be absolutely
sure of two things.
Number one, the United States
will stand with Israel and
protect Israel from the world
government in the end-time.
Number two, the United States
will not be part of the world
government and, therefore, will
not come under the full reign
of the Antichrist.
You say, “Well, how in the world
is America gonna exit?”
Well, from the beginning
of the–the signing of the
United Nations Charter back in
1945 until the 2016 presidential
election, it was really clear
the United States was in full
compliance with the world
governing system, right?
Some of the presidents, yeah,
they proceeded cautiously while
others blundered forward on the
dreams of a fully functional
world-governing system.
But no matter who was in office
at the end of their
administration, Republican or
Democrat, we still seemed to be
headed in the same direction,
right?
However, knowing the prophecies
foretell America’s absence from
the world-governing system and
the rate end-time prophecies
are being fulfilled, we knew
that Washington’s political
atmosphere had to change
at some point.
Okay, so wha–when President
Trump came in, he removed
the United States from the–
the global governing efforts,
including the withdrawals from
the Paris Climate Agreement,
the Global Compact on Migration,
the Trans-Pacific Partnership,
the World Health Organization,
the Joint Comprehensive Plan
of Action, and there–
there are many others.
Started pulling us out of
this world-governing body.
We thought, “Well, hey, man,
this is it.”
I mean, you know,
the–everything’s gonna change
because Europe was sitting there
with bated breath, saying,
“Hey, the United States is
creating a vacuum in the world,
and we’re just waiting here
to fill that vacuum.
We’re ready for our seat
at the table.”
Well, then President Biden
comes in, and he rejoins
the United States to many,
if not all, of these endeavors,
and just–we–push us right back
into world government,
because he’s a globalist.
He believes in a world-governing
body.
But nevertheless, after the–
after Trump administration’s
withdrawal,
the international community
really now views
the United States,
not as the leader
of the liberal
international order,
but as just simply
a participant, okay?
Things changed from the Obama to
Trump to Biden administration.
Thankfully, we still stand
with Israel.
The US still uses
its military might.
You’ve seen that in what’s
happened in Israel recently.
And we still use our UN
Security Council veto power
to protect Israel.
Whether Republican or Democrat,
the United States has already,
for decades, been protecting
Israel from
the world government.
Earlier, I mentioned the five
members of the UN Security
Council, which enjoy
the veto power over UN
Security Council resolutions.
Since the late 70s, the US
has used its veto power over
40 times to block UN Security
Council resolutions against
Israel, both Republican and
Democrat administrations.
Even during the Biden
administration, they have used
their UN Security Council
veto power to protect Israel.
You say, “Well, what in
the world’s happening–
gonna happen next?”
Right, I mean, where’s
all this leading?
Well, we’re already watching the
establishment of this prophesied
world government.
It’s the United Nations.
That’s the seat of world
government in the earth.
The global governing entity
is very anti-Israel.
You can see that
with cases against
the International Criminal Court
and the International Court
of Justice cases against Israel.
Then the international community
telling Israel, “You have–
you are illegally occupying the
Temple Mount of the Old City of
Jerusalem, the Holy Basin, and
the entire Judea Samaria area,
so you must leave in 12 months.”
That’s as anti-Semitic,
anti-Israel as it gets, but this
is what the Bible says is going
to happen.
So the eagle’s wings of
the United States, they–
they have already been–and
according to Revelation 12:14,
will continue to protect Israel
from the world government
throughout the end-time.
How these events transpire,
I’m not sure.
However, I do know the
prophecies always come to pass.
I’m just glad we’re going to be
in alliance with Israel, right?
Genesis 12:1 through 3, the
Bible says, “Now the LORD
had said to Abram, Get thee out
of thy country, and from thy
kindred, and from thy father’s
house, unto a land that I will
show thee: And I will make thee
a great nation, and I will bless
you, and make thy name great;
and–and thou shalt be
a blessing: And I will bless
them that bless thee, and
curse them that curse thee: and
in thee shall all the families
of the earth be blessed.”
So, God blessed Israel and
the United States alliance
in the end-time, right?
I wanna stand with Israel all
the way to the end-time because
I wanna be blessed by God
and for many other reasons,
why we have our college there
and a lot of different things.
Well, what about the
Battle of Armageddon?
This is the something that I
wanted to talk to you about,
because we always get questions
of, “The Bible says that we will
protect Israel, Revelation
12:14, all the way through that
final three and one half years,
right?
But then what happens at
the Battle of Armageddon?
What has happened
to the United States?
What’s going on here?”
Well, if you look at it,
we see the culmination
of these events in
Zachariah 14:2 and other places.
But it says, “Behold, the day
of the LORD cometh,
and thy spoil shall be divided
in the midst of thee.
For I will gather all nations
against Jerusalem to battle;
and the city shall be taken, the
houses is rifled, and the women
ravished; and half of the city
of Jerusalem shall go forth
into captivity, and the residue
of the people shall not be
cut off from the city.”
So, you say, “Well, hey,
we’ve got UN Security Council
veto power.
We could protect Israel there.
They can’t pass a resolution
to have the armies come down
against Israel if we can use our
Security Council veto power
to veto any resolution
against Israel, right?”
Well, something has happened
at this point
that would allow that.
Either Un–either the
United States will not use
its veto power and will allow
a resolution allowing
for the invasion of Israel to be
passed or all veto power will
have been suspended by then and
we will be unable to prevent it.
Now, that’s a 2,000-year-old
prophecy, everybody.
Here we are right here at the
end, there’s a world government
established, and the Bible says
we’re gonna protect Israel until
the Battle of Armageddon.
And–but–and we’ve used our UN
Security Council veto power up
until then, but now,
they’re–they’re working,
working, working, trying to get
rid of that veto power,
because they want
a true fully functioning
world governing body.
Folks, it’s all setting the
stage for events that will
transpire here in the end-time,
leading up to the Second Coming
of Jesus Christ and the
Battle of Armageddon.
But some people say,
“Well, we’re still not
in the end-time.”
Really?
What Bible are you reading?
That’s the question.
Doug Norvell: The Roman
government controlled the world,
so many people were looking
for a different messiah,
a rescuing messiah.
Remember the story of the woman
at the well, “The woman saith
unto him, I know that Messiah
cometh, which is called Christ.”
“And Jesus said unto her.”
Doug: “I speak unto thee am he.”
Jesus very clearly stated
that he was God and
that he was the Messiah.
We’re even more blessed because
we haven’t seen those things,
but yet we believe.
When Jesus cried out,
“My God, my God,
why hast thou forsaken me?”
He knew every one of these
prophecies had to be fulfilled.
He said, “It is finished.”

Dave: So think about this
veto power, everybody.
If–if we–if we do allow
that to happen there
at the Battle of Armageddon,
we would probably allow
the forces to invade
and capture the land
that the Jews captured
in the ’67 War, which was
included the Temple Mount,
right there in East Jerusalem.
Apparently, that is what
happens, because it says
that half of the city shall
go forth into captivity,
and it just–it–it makes me
sick to my stomach to think
that we would do
something like that.
But something–this is–
this is the end of it all.
This is the last war
on the earth.
Everything’s coming down to
a–just–the core of the issue
here, and that’s Jerusalem
and the Temple Mount,
and this is gonna be
the last war.
This is when the United States
is not gonna protect Israel, but
God’s gonna come back on behalf
of Israel and fight with her.
So, I don’t know what happens to
the United States at that point.
It’s one of the questions about
Bible prophecy that we simply
do not have an answer for.
I wish I did.
But I know that they’re trying
to do away with the–
the UN Security Council
veto power.
Maybe at that time, they will
just say, “Hey, you’ve got
to get out of that region,” and
they’re gonna come town–
down to enforce
those resolutions,
and the United States is not
going to keep it from happening,
because the Bible prophecies
it’s going to happen.
Of course, the UN is becoming
a one-world government force,
and we read articles continually
about the sanctions levied
against different countries,
and we’ve also seen the UN
move militarily over the years
against other countries, right,
with coalition forces.
The UN is virtually ruling
the world right now, except–
imagine though–except
for that veto power.
Out of the 193 member nations
of the UN,
only five have veto power.
The United States is one.
Nations who do not have
veto power in the UN
are at its mercy.
They must comply with the
rulings of the UN or face
economic sanctions or even
military moves against it.
Think about that.
What happens if that UN Security
Council veto power goes away?
Remember, the United States
Congress would never have
approved the UN Charter
if we did not get
a UN Security Council veto.
Now they’re trying to revive it
to–I’m sorry, revise it to
limit it and to eventually
eliminate that veto power.
So, I want you to understand
really what’s happening in
the halls of the United Nations,
because they know that
most people will not read
the Pact for the Future.
Think about that.
Have you read it?
These things are going to affect
every aspect of your life,
but most people,
they’re not reading it.
They don’t care.
Do whatever you guys want.
We’re helpless to defend
against it.
Well, we’re actually not.
Because you can’t take God
out of the equation.
I’ve got God on my side.
I’m not worried about
the United Nations.
I’m not worried about
the Antichrist.
I’m not worried about
the false prophet.
I’m not worried about Satan,
’cause I’ve got my hand
in the Lord’s hand.
“Greater is he that’s in me
than he that’s in the world.”
And so, we talk
about these things.
It’s prophecy.
It’s coming to pass.
But what it lets me know is
is that the kingdom of God
is just around the corner.
Jesus Christ is coming back to
establish his kingdom here
on the earth.
I gotta make myself ready.
I’ve got to get as many
other people as I can ready.
It puts a sense of urgence
in me–urgency in me.
I’ve got to evangelize,
evangelize, evangelize.
Jesus Christ told the disciples
when he’s getting ready
to ascend into heaven, in Acts
chapter 1, you don’t go out
and do your little missionary
journeys and different things,
don’t do that, “You go and tarry
in Jerusalem until you be endued
with power from on high.
And when this power comes on
you, when you receive this
power, you’ll be witnesses unto
me in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria,
and the uttermost part
of the world.”
Anybody who has this power
in them is going to want
to share it, and that’s what
our goal is here.
Our goal is not to be a weak,
anemic church in the end-time.
The Bible says during the time
of the Antichrist, Daniel 11:32
and 33, that they that do know
their God shall be strong
into exploits and they that
understand among the people.
This is–that’s us.
He’s talking to us there,
and so, I’m energized.
I wanna go out.
I’m–we’re preaching and
teaching the gospel
of the kingdom of God
all over the world.
That’s what Jesus said would
happen in Matthew chapter 24.
“This gospel of the kingdom will
be preached into the whole world
for a witness unto me; and then
the end is going to come.”
So, what’s our goal here?
Again, we don’t teach prophecy
as fear.
I’m–I’m telling you about the
veto because it’s pointing us
towards–and the elimination of
that, it’s pointing us towards
Bible prophecy, things that
are happening right now.
But really, my goal is to put
the kingdom of God
on your radar.
Most people on this planet
are–Endtime Ministries’s
television studios is right here
on George Bush.
My office is on the south end
of the building watching
George Bush go by.
Everybody on the–everybody on
George Bush, it’s the upper loop
in the Dallas Fort Worth
Metroplex.
I see thousands and thousands
and thousands of cars go by
there every day.
A vast majority of them, I would
say 99.9% of them, could not
explain the kingdom of God,
nor be able to prove how close
we are to that to me in–if we
were to sit down over a cup
of coffee.
So, our goal here is to teach
and preach the gospel of the
kingdom of God to this entire
world because the end-time
is now, why?
Because these things
are happening so fast.
The world government basically
is already established, and
they’re trying to eliminate the
means of any kind of resistance,
which is the veto power,
in the United Nations.
This stuff’s happening right
before our very eyes, and it’s
supposed to happen to–in the
end-time, but a lot of people
think, “No, I don’t–
I–whatever, you know,
let them do what they want,
I’m just trying to survive.”
There’s nothing wrong
with trying to survive.
I get it.
I’m trying to survive too.
But the gospel of the kingdom of
God is that the God of heaven
is coming back before very long
to establish his kingdom here
on the earth.
Let me show you how to be a part
of that kingdom, and then we can
go off into the book of Acts and
discuss the plan of salvation
there, very, very critical.
So, certainly, want to make sure
that you guys understand
why we’re doing this.
Now, one of the things I wanted
to talk about, because
you–you’ve heard the speech of
Arg–the Argentine President
Milei and all of them,
and he just hammered down
on the United Nations.
It was a fabulous speech, and he
was calling them out on a lot
of things that they’re doing
that are, you know, anti–anti-
let’s say anti-conservative.
He called ’em collectivists
and all kinds of stuff.
He’s saying, “You guys
are a world government.
We know it, and you know it,
and everybody else knows it,
and quit being that way, or
Argentina is not gonna support
you at all.”
Well, then Biden gets up
to give his last speech
at the United Nations.
Oh, man, I just–he kind of
tries to justify what happened
in Afghanistan, and he just goes
on down through there, and then,
he comes to this.
He said–and I know that
the–he–Joe Biden is
a globalist, and he is–he
promotes and supports socialism.
You say, “Oh, no.”
You know, the–they–there were
people that were holding up
signs that said Joe Biden is
a socialist, and he went
to the stage and said,
“I’m not a socialist.”
Well, that means he’s not
a socialist, doesn’t it?
Okay, well, you gotta, you–
I listen to what people say
and then I watch what they do.
In Biden’s speech, he’s bragging
here, but it’s actually
very diabolical.
He said, I’m quoting, he said,
“Our administration has invested
over $150 billion to make
progress and other Sustainable
Development Goals.”
He said, “It includes $20
billion for–to food security,
$50 billion for global health.
We’ve mobilized billions more in
private-sector investment.”
Okay, if you don’t know what the
Sustainable Development Goals,
that–that paragraph means
nothing.
However, when you realize that
the Sustainable Development
Goals are the United Nations
socialistic blueprint to govern
every single person on the
planet, then when–then if–then
if you say–or if you look at it
and said, “Joe Biden says
our administration invested over
$150 billion to make progress
in the Sustainable Development
Goals.”
You say, “Hold on a minute.
Our president is pushing
socialistic policies and
the eventual takeover of the
people of the world and to run
their lives?”
That’s exactly what I’m saying.
You’ve got to understand what
some of these things are.
The Sustainable Development
Goals, they say they will not be
possible unless wealth
is redistributed.
Wealth redistribution is one
of the number one planks
of socialism.
Joe Biden is supporting that.
He’s bragging.
Our administration gave more
than $150–$150 billion to make
that happen and to further
that cause.
Wealth redistribution,
everybody, socialism.
He also said, “We’ve taken the
most ambitious climate actions
in history.
We’ve moved to rejoin
the Paris Climate Agreement
on day one of my administration.
And today, my country is finally
on track to cut emissions in
half by 2030, on track to honor
my pledge to quadruple climate
financing to developing nations
with $11 billion thus far
this year.”
That–that’s part of the 2030
Agenda, folks, wealth
redistribution from America
to underdeveloped nations.
One of the main problems is this
is part of world government.
It’s socialistic.
But when it goes to these
underdeveloped nations,
you know, most of that money
goes into the coffers
of the dicts–the despots of
those countries, right?
It’s not really to help the
people get fresh drinking water
and things like that.
Sure, they may do that in some
little village where they’ll
hold up a water purifier and
show ’em fee–giving a few
children a drink of water, but
most of it’s not about that.
It’s about wealth redistribution
and control, control, control.
Joe Biden’s bragging you got
that–agains–about that.
He also said we moved to rejoin
the Paris Climate Agreement.
Donald Trump pulled us out
of that because he realized
all it was was a
money-making scam.
It was redistributing
the wealth of the world
to underdeveloped nations.
Joe Biden pul–pushed us
right back into that day one,
the Paris Climate Agreement.
What it was is that wa–the
Paris Climate Agreement was
signed onto in December of 2015,
the same year the Sustainable
Development Goals were signed
onto in September of that year.
The Paris Climate Agreement
was the financial commitments
by the nations of the world
to support that.
Joe–Donald Trump pulled us out.
Joe Biden pushed us right back
into it on day one.
And he’s saying, “Look at what
I’ve done, everybody.
I’m pro-world government.
Aren’t you thankful for me?
Look at what I’ve done.”
It’s a horrible thing
for the United States.
And finally, he said, “We
rejoined the World Health
Organization and donated nearly
700 million doses of COVID
vaccine to 117 countries.
We must now move quickly to face
mpox at the outbreak in Africa.
We are prepared to commit $500
million to help African
countries prevent and respond to
mpox and to donate a million
doses of mpox vaccines now.”
He said, “We call on our
partners to match our pledge
and to match this billion-dollar
commitment to the people
of Africa.”
So, going right back into the
World Health Organization, which
was working with China during
the COVID, and they–they’re
wanting to dictate when a–when
there is a–a medical crisis
around the world and to be able
to dictate to the nations,
“Start wearing mask, go into
lockdown and quarantine.”
And that’s what the World
Heal–Health Organization
is wanting to do.
Donald Trump said, “No,”
on his way out of office,
“we’re not gonna do that.
We’re pulling out of the
World Health Organization.”
But Joe Biden said, “Hey, my
administration, we’ve rejoined
the World Health Organization
and have donated hundreds
and hundreds and hundreds
of bill–of millions,
and we’re also gonna make a
pledge to give a billion dollars
to help different people around
the world with this stuff
and giving vaccines out to just,
you know, everybody
who wants one and everybody
who doesn’t want one.”
Okay, well, everybody, it’s
very, very important that
we talk about these things
because I want you to know
what’s going on.
There’s a world government
being established.
It’s very prophesied in the
Bible, and it’s gonna happen
just prior to the Second Coming
of Jesus Christ.
