South Carolina Bans Mask Mandates
The Governor of South Carolina, Henry McMaster, issued a mandate that prevents schools and local governments from issuing mask mandates. NPR reported:
Under the 15-page executive order, parents — not public school officials or school districts — will decide whether students wear masks in class.
