New York PARENTS newsflash: have you heard about NY State Assembly Bill A9963 which is now in committee?..On April 21 the rigidly Democrat-controlled New York State Senate passed a bill to strip parents of rights. The Bill “Relates to authorizing certain minors to consent to medical, dental, health, mental health or hospital services.” Co-sponsors are Amy Paulin, Maritza Davila, Jo Anne Simon, Karines Reyes, and Eddie Gibbs.
