A legal battle is brewing in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as a coalition of legal organizations and a clinical psychologist have filed an amicus brief challenging a lower court ruling that allowed a New Jersey school district to withhold information from parents regarding their minor children’s social gender transitions.
