Kremlin prepares new disinformation campaign: Ukraine is “surrendering” Kupiansk and more – Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence
Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence reports that on 25 August, the Russian Presidential Administration held a meeting to discuss the next stage of the information war in the Ukrainian and global media.
The event was attended by Sergei Kirienko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Putin Administration, Kremlin “technologists” and representatives of media resources involved in information operations.
