Joe Biden’s agenda to endorse and promote transgender surgeries that mutilate the healthy body parts of children has been the target of widespread condemnation from the Christian community. But none has been more pointed that the comments from Franklin Graham, chief of the worldwide ministry Samaritan’s Purse, who said that “This is vile. It’s one of the most wicked initiatives that we’ve seen come out of Washington.”
