With China flashing its military capabilities this past weekend, one foreign policy expert sounded the alarm on the Chinese Communist Party’s “fast” war preparations – and America’s lack thereof. “There’s only one president who can do something about it, and that’s the current one,” Gatestone Institute senior fellow Gordon Chang said. “And he’s not.
