EU Urges Belarus Not To Host Nuclear Weapons

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell urged Belarus not to host Russian nuclear weapons, saying it could face further sanctions if it did. Putin announced the decision saying it would not violate nuclear non-proliferation promises and Russia would not hand off control of the weapons to Belarus.
