EU Threatens to Block Export of Vaccines to UK
Ursula von der Leyen threatened to block the production of the AstraZeneca vaccine if the company does not prioritize European contracts ahead of others. Breitbart reported:
“We have the possibility to forbid planned exports. That is the message to AstraZeneca: You fulfil your contract with Europe before you start delivering to other countries,” von der Leyen said, per DW.
