EU Members Agree to Lift Travel Restrictions on U.S. Tourists

The European Union is recommending the use of digital travel certificates to allow its vaccinated citizens, and vaccinated tourists from the U.S. and and other countries to travel without restrictions between the EU nations. NPR reports:

The free certificates, which will contain a QR code with advanced security features, will allow people to move between European countries without having to quarantine or undergo extra coronavirus tests upon arrival.
