Approved in final readings: Denial of October 7 massacre—criminal offense bearing 5-year prison sentence

In its sitting on Tuesday, the Knesset Plenum voted to approve in second and third readings the Prohibition on Denial of the Events of the October 7, 2023 Massacre Bill, 2025, sponsored by MK Oded Forer (Yisrael Beitenu) and a group of MKs. In the vote, 16 Members of Knesset supported the bill, without opposing votes or abstentions.
