Governor Tate Reeves of Mississippi signed a bill which bans transgender surgeries for minors on Tuesday…After Governor Reeves (R-Miss.) signed the Regulate Experimental Adolescent Procedures (REAP) Act, Mississippi became the seventh state in the country to ban underage transgender surgeries.
