Afghan national from Operation Allies Welcome arrested, charged for threatening to bomb Texas city

An Afghan national, Mohammad Dawood Alokozay, was arrested in Texas after posting a TikTok video claiming he was building a bomb and planned to target a location in Fort Worth. Alokozay arrived in the U.S. through the Biden administration’s Operation Allies Welcome program following the 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal and became a lawful permanent resident in 2022.
