Controversy Over Jewish Sacrifices

Last week Jewish rabbis carried out the sacrifice of two lambs in observance of the Jewish Passover. This year’s sacrifice was performed just south of the Temple Mount wall with permission of Israel’s government.

Jordan’s government slammed Israel for allowing the religious ceremony so near the Muslim Al Aqsa Mosque.
