US Peace Work Wasted?
President Trump’s two closest aides, son-in-law Jared Kushner and long-time lawyer Jason Greenblatt, have worked diligently toward a Middle East peace deal for the last eleven months. On December 6th, Trump announced the US was recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and would be moving the American embassy there.
As a result, Palestinians say America can no longer play a role as an impartial arbiter. Does this mean Kushner and Greenblatt’s work has now been wasted? We’ll answer this and take your calls on today’s edition of End of the Age.
