The Inauguration of Donald Trump

What a breath of fresh air to hear the name of Jesus used without apology during the inauguration of Donald Trump, our 45th president of the United States! Then to hear the president himself acknowledge God in his inaugural speech was simply thrilling. It was as though something we had lost was suddenly rediscovered.
However, this is not the end. It is only the beginning. Each of us as Americans need to develop the habit of praying daily for President Trump, Vice-president Pence and our entire government. Additionally, each of us need to humble ourselves before God requesting his divine mercy on us and on our nation. God help us to never forget that “Except God build the house, they labor in vain that build it.
