POLL: Biden’s Student Loan Forgiveness May Lose More Votes Than It Buys

Nearly two-thirds of Independent likely voters join the 88.5% of Republicans who say they are less likely to vote for a candidate who supports President Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan. Overall, less than one-third of likely voters say support for student loan forgiveness makes them much more likely to vote for a candidate who supports it.
