Germany to Push for Federal EU Superstate

The incoming left-wing coalition government in Germany is set to push for a so-called ‘United States of Europe’ through the creation of a federal EU superstate. The campaign for the creation of the superstate was enshrined in the coalition agreement between the three soon-to-be ruling parties. “A strong German foreign policy can only be a European one,” said incoming foreign minister, Annalena Baerbock.
