Detransitioner announces lawsuit against hospital for ‘experimental’ transgender hormone therapy and surgery: ‘I want to hold the adults that put me in harm’s way accountable’
Detransitioner Chloe Cole, now 18 years old, announced on Thursday that she would be filing a lawsuit against the hospital and affiliated medical group for facilitating her hormone therapy and gender surgery as a minor.
Cole, represented by the Dhillon Law Group and LiMandri & Jonna LLP, issued a 90-day notice of intent to sue Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals.
