Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D.-N.Y.) sent out a pair tweets when the Supreme Court was hearing a major abortion case last month arguing that abortion is “a fundamental right” that America was now facing “perhaps the greatest threat to Roe v. Wade in a generation.”

“Abortion is a fundamental right,” Schumer said in an initial tweet sent out on the morning of Dec. 1, 2021.
