China’s Xi Targets Taiwan, Hong Kong and the West in speech

Chinese President Xi Jinping’s remarks at the opening session of the 20th Communist Party of China’s National Congress demonstrated that Xi is confidently preparing his country for conflict with the United States and Taiwan.
