China’s AI Push Fuels Communist Influence
China is accelerating its global artificial intelligence ambitions with the unveiling of Moonshot’s latest AI model, a system designed to rival the most advanced Western platforms. Beyond technological competition, Beijing is promoting its AI ecosystem as an alternative to the West by expanding its influence over international AI standards, offering training to developing nations, and positioning Chinese technology as a vehicle for its broader geopolitical vision. China’s Communist Party continues to tightly oversee the development and deployment of AI, ensuring that these powerful tools advance the state’s political objectives as much as its technological ones.
From a biblical prophecy perspective, these developments remind us that the struggle unfolding across the world is not merely political or technological. Scripture reveals a spiritual battle influencing the affairs of nations. Zechariah 6:1-8 describes four chariots sent forth as “the four spirits of the heavens,” while Revelation 6 portrays the Four Horsemen riding throughout the earth. These prophetic symbols represent spiritual forces influencing the hearts and minds of humanity.
Correct prophetic biblical understanding identifies the white horse with Catholicism, the red horse with Communism, the black horse with Capitalism, and the green horse with Islamism.
China’s determination to leverage artificial intelligence to strengthen and spread communist influence illustrates the continued activity of what the Bible depicts as the red horse spirit. Rather than existing only on the battlefield or in political ideology, these spiritual influences increasingly extend into the digital realm, where AI has become another means of shaping societies, economies, and worldviews.
As artificial intelligence becomes one of the defining technologies of our generation, the prophetic struggle described in Scripture is becoming increasingly visible. The Bible accurately foretells that competing spiritual forces would contend for influence among the nations before the establishment of the coming world government described in Revelation 13. Headlines like these remind us that behind humanity’s technological advances lies a much deeper spiritual conflict, one that God’s Word revealed thousands of years ago.
The Bible depicts the end-time Global Government of the Antichrist to be communistic (red/scarlet) beast, thus we can expect Communism to rise throughout the earth. America, however, is not prophesied to be a part of the One World Government of the Antichrist. When you know the prophecies of the Bible, reading the news gets extremely interesting; and dare I say “fun.”
