Dave: Good afternoon, everyone.
Dave Robbins with Endtime Ministries.
I thank you so much for joining me on this edition of “The
Endtime Show.”
And, you know, I’m gonna tell you today, everyone, if there
has ever been a moment in human history when Bible prophecy is
just leaping off the pages of Scripture and into the daily
headlines, it’s the hour that we’re living in right now.
I mean, we’re no longer watching disconnected world events.
We are actually witnessing the convergence of Bible prophecy
just prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
I mean, think of it like this: What sounded impossible when
people read the book of Revelation just 100 years ago
now sounds like the evening news.
Think about that.
Israel, the modern-day nation of Israel, wasn’t even there 100
years ago.
And now, here we are, we’re seeing them getting ready to
build a third temple in just a short 100-year period.
And think about it, a global governing system, 100 years ago,
there wasn’t one.
A global economic sanctioning system, a global
religious movement.
Well, un–totally unheard of just a short 100 years ago.
Worldwide surveillance by governments.
They weren’t even–they may have–somebody may have thought
about it, but they thought that the technology doesn’t
even exist.
Digital control of buying and selling.
It was just–nobody even thought about that back then.
They may have thought about it, but the technology, it was just,
you know, just nobody even–could even comprehend
something like that could be created.
And the stage is now set for World War III.
Think about this: Jerusalem, 100 years ago, World War II hadn’t
even taken place.
Jerusalem becoming the center of world conflict.
Again, Israel wasn’t even a nation.
And surely, the pressure to divide the land of Israel, 100
years ago, they weren’t even thinking about that.
It was under–after World War I, it was under the British
Mandate at that point.
And, at the very same time, though, a worldwide spiritual
awakening is happening right now, a hunger for the truth.

A lot of great things are happening because there are a
lot of people that are hungry for the truth right now.
We had a great conference up in Tallmadge, Ohio, this
last weekend.
Man, we had–we had close to 300 visitors.
People coming from all over Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania,
coming up near Akron, Ohio.
We had a wonderful conference.
We ended up baptizing five people.
It was an awesome conference, and looking forward to the
conferences that are coming up.
I’ll mention that in just a moment.
But the Bible prophesied every bit of these things that are
happening right now.
And folks, listen, prophecy is not simply about predicting the
future, so much more than that.
Prophecy is God proving that he alone sees the end from
the beginning.
I mean, it’s God’s–it’s God’s way of building our faith.
Jesus said, “I tell you these things before they come to pass,
that when they come to pass you might believe.”
And it is–it is God warning this generation to wake up
spiritually before it is too late.
There’s coming a time when the clouds are going to split open,
and we’re gonna see Jesus come back at the sound of a great
trumpet, and he’s gonna send his angels to gather the elect.
Everybody under the sound of my voice must be prepared for
that event.
Now, the mainstream media, they see–they see politics.
The global elite, they see an opportunity in all of these
events that are happening.
The financial system, the people that are behind that, they see
an element of control.
Technology companies, they see, of course, expansion, because
look at all the technologies–look at all of our
technologies that they will want to use to control people.
But prophecy students, of course, we’re looking at it
exactly where all–where’s all this headed?
And how long do I have before the trumpet sounds?
That’s what I’m looking for.
How long do I have to help to get as many people as prepared
as possible for that event?
If you’re a prophecy student, that’s what you should be
watching for.
We do watch the events, but again, we’re focused on the soon
return of Jesus Christ and getting people ready for that.
And so–and it’s happening very fast, right?
And so, this is what I’m gonna get into today.
I’m gonna give you proofs, and we’re gonna talk about all this,
because everything’s happening just at a breakneck speed.
The Bible teaches that in the final days, there would arise a
world governing system dominated by the Antichrist.
Revelation 13 says, “The power would be given over to the
Antichrist over all kindreds, tongues, and nation.”
Now, I know that’s talking in generalities because there are
other prophecies that teach that there will be some nations that
escape out of his hand.
Certainly, Jordan, the nation of Israel, and the United States of
America, by and large.
But I want you to think about this world governing body for
just a moment.
For most of human history, such a system would have
been impossible.
There have been global governing empires, but they did not have
the power–they did not have the technology capable of monitoring
global commerce, communication, compliance, travel, and
behavior, all of that simultaneously.
Think about the Assyrians, the Sumerians, the Egyptians, the
Babylonians, Medes, and the Persians, the Romans, the
Grecians, and then the Holy Roman Empire.
They didn’t have–none of them had the power to do this.
They didn’t have the technology.
But now, all of that infrastructure already exists.
You hear what I’m saying?
The Bible says all of this is gonna happen just prior to the
Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
Right now, unelected international organizations
increasingly influence national governments on economics,
certainly on their climate policy, migration, health
regulations, digital surveillance, online speech,
artificial intelligence, and certainly their banking systems,
through the Bank for International Settlements and
all the central banks around the world.
That’s how they’re controlling the economies of the world.
We hear phrases constantly now, like “global governance,”
“shared international responsibility.”
“This is all shared by the people of the world,”
“rules-based international order,” “sustainable
global management.”
And they’re pushing the sustainable development goals.
My wife just–we’re trying to–we’re looking into booking a
trip in the near future to taking a tour group to–for–to
the–to the Greek islands, the isle of Patmos and Ephesus,
some different–we’re looking at taking
a cruise, maybe next spring, possibly.
And when she started getting the pricing together, she recognized
that there was a sus–at every port–there’s five ports that
the cruise ship would enter, every port had a sustainable
development tax.
And it was several euros per person, just a sustainable
development goals tax in Europe.
Europe’s the model for world government in the earth.
And they’re pushing the sustainable development goals of
the United Nations.
The sustainable development goals, what is that?
That’s the socialistic blueprint of the United Nations to govern
every single person on the planet and ever–everything
they do.
And so, when you pull into these ports in the Greek island
cruise, all five ports have–now have a sustainable development
tax for every person.
They’re trying to pay for all of their billions of dollars in
commitments to the United Nations Sustainable
Development Goals.
All it is, is a socialistic blueprint to govern you and
I, globally.
That’s what the Sustainable Development Goals by the United
Nations is all about.
This stuff is very, very, very real, everybody.
And those are–these are not just some kind of
political buzzwords.
They reflect a worldview that national sovereignty could
gradually yield to international sovereignty.
But you say, “But the United States, we’ll never do that.
We signed a Declaration of Independence,
not interdependence.”
There are a lot of people here in the United States that would
love to yield our sovereignty to an international authority.
Anybody who’s a globalist that believes in a world
governing body.
Anybody, any president who does not want to protect our borders
as a nation is a globalist, and they wanted to yie–they
want–they would love to yield our sovereignty to this world
governing body.
Why would the nation with the most powerful military on the
planet not protect their borders?
Because they were doing what they were told by the United
Nations and the Global Compact on Migration.
So, when a guy comes along that says, “Well, we’re going to
protect our borders,” then they’ve got to do everything
they can to get rid of that guy, don’t they?
Yikes, have we seen that play out over the last several years.
It’s world government, everybody.
Just recently, we’ve watched major international summits that
bring together presidents, prime ministers, billionaires, central
bankers, technology CEOs, military officials, global
policy experts.
What are–what are they discussing?
Well, they’d get together and they discuss how nations should
coordinate more closely on technology.
I’m talking about World Economic Forum, all these meetings.
Technology, economics, security, digital systems, and
crisis response.
You say, “Well, who are they trying to control?”
You and me.
And they believe that you can’t really run your life as good as
they think you should, and they can do it better, so they
wanna run it for you.
Dave: One of the most frequently asked questions we receive at
Endtime Ministries is, “Why do you guys teach the Rapture
happens after the Great Tribulation?”
Should we be passively waiting to be taken at any moment or
actively preparing for the greatest revival in history?
Paul states plainly, “It will not occur until after the man of
sin, the Antichrist, is revealed, and that will not
happen until God declares, ‘It is time.”‘
I will walk you through a timeline of the final
seven years.
The Rapture, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and the Second
Coming of Jesus Christ is one continuous event.
It’s not an event separated by seven years.

Dave: On the surface, many of these discussions, they
sound practical.
They’ll even, many times, let you watch the meeting.
Well, leaders argue that these global problems, they require
global cooperation.
They say, “Well, they don’t end at the border,” but what catches
the attention of us, as somebody following Bible prophecy, is how
rapidly the world is building interconnected international
systems that can eventually centralize power and control.
The Bible says the Antichrist will eventually usurp authority
over a fully functioning world governing body, and that’s why
he’s gonna run the world.
He’s only gonna have a short three and a half years to rule
the world.
So, there’s gonna be a world government that’s already–has
been established and functioning.
That’s the United Nations and all of its tentacles is the seat
of that world governing body in the earth.
Take the World Governments Summit in Dubai as an example.
Leaders from dozens of nations, executives from major AI
companies, international financial institutions, and
global organizations, they gathered to discuss shaping
future governments, plural.
And the topics included artificial intelligence
regulation, digital identity systems, cross-border data
sharing, smart cities, digital economies, and coordinated
governance structures.
Now, think about what that means.
Again, for most of history, nations operated independently.
With separate currencies, separate communication systems,
limited coordination.
But now world leaders are openly discussing systems that connect
governments digitally.
Everything’s going digital.
I asked somebody at the conference in Tallmadge, “When’s
the last time you’ve been to a physical library?”
Some girl come up to me and she asked, she said, “How are
we–” and Jesus said in Matthew 24, “This gospel of the kingdom
will be preached to the entire world, then the end will come,”
she said, “What about all the people that are living in, you
know, the southern hemisphere that have, you know, no
televisions and this, that, and the other?”
And she was holding a phone in her hand.
She said, “How are we gonna get this gospel out to people that
are back in the woods and things like that?”
And I said, “Ma’am,” I said, “There are people who have had
to flee war-torn countries, people living in dirt huts that
have hardly any clothes on that will come out to a little
village there for one bowl of rice a day, and people just in
abject poverty, but somehow or another, they’ll have
a cellphone.”
You–look up–look in YouTube, you can see all this stuff.
People that are just in–live in abject poverty, but somehow, I
don’t know if it’s the government giving them things
for free, but they’re giving out cell phones to everyone.
And I ask everybody, “When’s the last time you’ve been to a
physical library?”
If I was to ask everybody right now to look up
something–that–the GDP of Israel, you’d go straight to
your phone, wouldn’t you?
Or if you’re sitting there at a laptop, you’d look at that.
Every–everything’s going electronic, digital, and also,
an economic on a global scale.
These governments are pushing for all this.
And it’s very, very real, folks.
And, you know, look at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and
every year, those political leaders, central bankers,
corporate CEOs, technology giants, media executives, and
international organizations, they all meet together to
discuss the future of the global economy and society.
They discuss topics like AI governance.
They know AI is going to be used to manage this big digital
platform that they’re building.
And with all of their algorithms and things, AI is going to
manage all of this.
There’s not enough employees to manage this whole system that
they’re building.
So, AI is going to govern that.
So these people discuss who’s going to govern AI.
On a global scale, digital identity, cybersecurity, climate
coordination, central bank digital currencies, global
supply chains, misinformation regulation, who’s going to curb
free speech?
International financial stability.
And during some of the recent meetings, there have been
executives from Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, certainly all
the big banking institutions, they openly discuss how
artificial intelligence must be governed internationally because
AI systems, of course, they’re across national borders.
It’s global.
But how can America controlling AI, how does that deal
with China?
And then with the major banking systems, will governments be
able to manage the Bank for International Settlements?
The Bank for International Settlements is supposed to be
untouchable by any government.
And so, they’re all getting together, “How are we gonna
manage all this?
We’re creating this global digital system,” AI is gonna
manage it, but who controls AI?
They’re having these conversations, folks.
This is very, very real.
But now, think of it prophetically.
The Bible describes a future system capable of monitoring
commerce, communication, and compliance worldwide.
And for centuries, the critics have said, “Oh, such
coordination, that would absolutely be impossible.”
But with modern technology, you’ve seen it created.
It suddenly makes all this global oversight very,
very realistic.
I mean, look at the digital ID systems that are already
spreading worldwide.
The European Union is moving toward digital identity wallets
that can store identification, banking access, medical
information, travel credentials, licenses, and online
verification even in one centralized digital framework.
There are–there are countries like China that are–that have
digital surveillance, their social credit scores, systems
that already combine facial recognition cameras.
I’m talking about millions and millions of cameras that walk
ev–they watch every crosswalk and just–China is just under a
giant eye.
And of course, AI–artificial intelligence monitoring, mobile
payments, social behavior tracking.
Did this person jaywalk?
If they did, there goes their social credit score.
“They keep doing that, and we’re not going to allow them to
travel on one of their big trains.”
Or if they continue to do things that are against
societal–the societal agendas and the laws that they put in
place, well, “We won’t allow access to their children to any
education, and they won’t be able to travel.”
And, I mean, this is what’s happening in China as I speak
to you.
Citizens can be monitored in real time through
interconnected systems.
In India, the Aadhaar system, that biometric identification
system, it links hundreds of millions of citizens to
fingerprints, these iris scans, banking access, and
government services.
Many of those people rely on government services, but you
gotta have that digital ID.
And then, of course, there are central banks.
They’re also exploring these programmable digital currencies.
We’ve talked about that lately.
The idea behind the central bank digital currencies or
these CBDCs.
That is–the idea behind that is that governments could issue
fully digital money directly controlled through
centralized systems.
Unlike physical cash, which is freedom, digital currencies can,
you know, theoretically, be monitored.
What are you spending your money on?
What religion?
What–how much do you, you know, tithe to your church?
How much offerings do you give to your church?
What 501(c)(3) ministries are you supporting?
“Well, they don’t align with the ideology of the world governing
body, so we can program the central bank digital currencies
to be invalid purchases for those things or
invalid donations.”
In other words, “You can’t spend your money on that.”
That–the central bank digital currency allows for all of that.
They would monitor every single purchase, folks.
Everything you do financially.
And they could monitor it, they could restrict it, they could
freeze it, program it, and of course, with
spending conditions.
Do your research on your central bank digital currencies.
For example, governments or financial authorities could
potentially track every transaction instantly,
limit purchases, freeze accounts, restrict
geographic spending.
In other words, “You can’t spend in this region,” attach
compliance requirements.
And again, us as prophecy students, I immediately
recognize how these systems could eventually be abused under
authoritarian leadership.
Imagine if, by one click of a button, they could invalidate
your entire access to your funds that you’ve saved your
whole life.
You say, “Oh, Dave, that’s not possible.”
Tell that to the truckers in Canada that were protesting the
COVID vaccines up there.
Well, then there’s the global crisis management.
You know, during the COVID pandemic, nations coordinated
policies globally at levels never before seen in
modern history.
Travel restrictions, vaccine passport discussions,
coordinated lockdowns, synchronized public health
messaging, digital verification systems, censorship, cooperation
between governments and tech companies.
And, you know, whether someone supported or opposed those
policies, that’s not the prophetic point.
Well, say, “What’s the prophetic point?”
Well, the world discovered that technology now allows
governments and corporations, financial systems, and
international institutions to coordinate human behavior
globally and rapidly.
Say, “Wow, Dave, I didn’t realize all this stuff was
going on.”
There’s probably more that I don’t even know about,
believe me.
And, behind a lot of it, or, I should say, the technology
that’s going to be used to manage a lot of this is
artificial intelligence.
Artif–AI is accelerating this faster than you and I can
even comprehend.
They’ve got computers now that can do millions and millions of
tracks, at least–they’ve got–so, the AI systems, they
can analyze billions of data points, think about
that, instantly.
They can monitor online speech.
You say, “Well, man, I wonder how the Antichrist is gonna
manage this whole thing,” artificial intelligence.
The systems are already being put in place.
Think about having to analyze 8 plus billion people and what
they purchase, what you don’t want them to purchase, how
they’re going to control buying and selling, and all this.
You know, monitor online speech.
Monitor all this supposed, quote, unquote “misinformation,”
track financial transactions, identify faces in a crowd,
predict behavioral patterns, automate censorship, detect
political dissent.
Artificial intelligence.
They’re putting all this in play.
And world leaders, they’re openly admitting these
technologies require global governance frameworks.
Now, that phrase matters a lot because the more world
central–the more the world centralizes digital systems,
these financial systems, surveillance systems, and crisis
response systems internationally, the more
infrastructure emerges for exactly the kind of worldwide
control that the Bible prophesies in Revelation 13.
And that’s why us as prophecy students, we’ve got to pay
attention when global leaders repeatedly discuss these unified
digital systems, coordinated governance, international
regulation, global compliance standards, worldwide financial
integration, centralized digital identity frameworks.
The technology itself is not evil, but it’s what they could
use the technology for.
