From Basel to Babylon: The Financial Architecture of the Mark of the Beast

the Bank of International
Settlements has spent decades
pushing the world’s central
banks toward uniform global
standards, reserve requirements,
capitalization rules,
transparency protocols,
coordinated monetary policy,
I mean, you know, the whole
package, to manage the
finances of the world.
And this sweeping harmonization
is known as the Basel Process.

Dave: You know, everyone, for
years, the US Federal Reserve
only observed the Bank for
International Settlements from
the sidelines.
But in 1994, the Federal
Reserve, our central banker in
the United States, we
officially joined the Bank for
International Settlements, and
we have influenced much of its
agenda ever since.
But they’re all
working together.
The Bank for International
Settlements also works hand in
hand with the International
Monetary Fund, and it was in
2003 with barely any public
attention, it changed its
internal unit of account from
the old gold franc to
guess what?
The International Monetary
Fund’s special drawing rights.
A symbolic shift, yes, but also
a powerful signal to where
global finance is being steered.
Now, I’ve got to talk to you
about the EU as really a
manufactured superstate.
The European Union just didn’t
happen on a lark, right?
When people talk about the rise
of the European Union, they
usually mention the parliaments
and the treaties and the
politicians and
things like that.
But the real engine behind the
project wasn’t in Brussels,
Belgium or Paris, France.
It was in Basel, Switzerland
inside the headquarters of the
Bank for International
Settlements.
Because the Bank for
International
Settlements-centered global
financial system doesn’t stop
at banking.
It shapes politics.
It guides alliances.
And it played a major role
in building the modern
European superstate.
These guys, it’s
the golden rule.
The guys with the gold
makes the rules, don’t they?
And so the Bank for
International Settlements, they
supplied their expertise and,
of course, the drive, the push
behind it, and they helped
create the European coal and
steel
Community all the
way back in 1951.
And of course, the first step
towards European integration.
It did the same for the European
Economic Community in 1957, what
we know as the common market.
All of this is headed towards a
modern European Union, this
modern Europe superstate.
And by 1979, the Bank for
International Settlements was
already serving as the clearing
house for the European currency
unit, the ECU, E-C-U.
The direct predecessor
to today’s Euro.
But the real power center was
the Delors Commission led by
Jacques Delors, often
called the father of the EU.
Well, where was his
headquarters?
It wasn’t in Brussels.
Basel, Switzerland, right
alongside the Bank for
International Settlements.
Well, that, of course,
wasn’t an accident.
The commission worked hand
in hand with the Bank for
International brain trust to
design the next phase of
Europe’s transformation.
Well, one Bank for International
Settlement insider in
particular, his name was–let me
get this name right, because.
It is Lamfalussy.
He became the quiet architect
behind both the Euro and the
European Central Bank.
It was back in the early 1990s,
he left his Bank for
International Settlement post to
run the European Monetary
Institute, the organization that
would soon evolve into the
European Central Bank itself,
which at the time operated right
outside of the Bank
for International
Settlements headquarters.
And by the time
the Maastricht Treaty.
Now, you guys have heard us talk
many times when we talked about
the creation of the EU, talk
about the Maastricht Treaty.
By the time that kicked in,
creating the European Union and
paving the way for a single
European currency, everyone in
the European financial circles,
they knew the truth.
The Bank for International
Settlements was the institution
that made the whole
project possible.
And when the United States
Federal Reserve formally joined
the Bank for International
Settlements in 1994, the Bank
for International Settlements
cemented its place at the top
of the global financial
power structure.
And today the drive toward a
unified global monetary system
still flows from the Bank for
International Settlements in
Basel, Switzerland.
There’s a book out.
I can’t remember the author but
the title is called “The Tower
of Basel.”
The Tower of Basel, B-A-S-E-L.
And I would highly encourage you
to read the book, “The Tower
of Basel.”

about the Bank for
International Settlements.
Okay, so the Bank for
International Settlements,
it runs an aggressive research
program on central bank
digital currencies.
Now, this is where I’m telling
you, the central bank digital
currencies around the world are
one of the number-one things
that I see pointing us towards
the mark of the beast.
The Bank for International
Settlements, it pushes national
central banks worldwide to align
themselves with the Basel III
regulatory framework.
And it works to modernize
or to unify cross-border
payment systems.
Each step brings the world’s
financial institutions closer to
harmonization under a single
global model, an international
version of the European
Central Bank and the euro.
Again, we’ve told you for years
that the European Union is the
model of world government
in the earth.
They believe if they can get
that right, then they’ll model
the rest of the world
after that.
And so now, I had a friend of
mine who lives in Munich,
Germany, and he’s
a missionary there.
And he told me, he said, man,
Dave, when COVID hit, he said
the Europeans pretty much
just were super-compliant.
Just tell us what to do, nobody
ever even hardly balked at it,
and they were just
very compliant.
Well, that’s gonna be the power
base of the AntiChrist.
It’s the power base of the false
prophet, and it is the power
base, folks, of the entity that
controls the global financial
economic cabal,
which is the Bank
for International Settlements.
The Central Bank
of central banks.
Well, left unchecked,
this Bank for International
Settlements-directed system will
continue converging, country by
country, currency by currency,
toward a single centralized
global financial authority.
It’s something you’ve
got to watch.
And again, I was shocked when
Tucker Carlson in that interview
I watched, I don’t know,
maybe 3 or 4 months ago.
That he had no idea what the
Bank for International
Settlements was.
And I’m like, you’ve
got to be kidding me.
Well, I also wanted to talk to
you today about
controlling trade.
You understand that we rely, the
United States relies so much on
China to import so
much from them.
You know, we’re relying a lot on
Brazil to bring in meat into
our country.
I mean, the United States is
relying a lot on the world to
help us here with
what we need in America.
Our pharmaceutical drugs,
a lot of different things.
Well, if you can control the
trade, wow, you can really put
the lockdown on a country that
doesn’t comply, right?
Well, these global planners,
they knew that.
So when the global planners set
out to control the world’s
economy, they knew banking and
money were not enough.
The other pillar just as
essential was trade.
And for that they needed an
entirely separate
global structure.
Right after the founding of the
United Nations in 1945, the
elites tried to create a
worldwide trade ministry called
the International Trade
Organization, the ITO.
And they pushed it hard at the
United Nations Conference on
Trade and Employment.
But despite all that pressure,
the ITO failed.
And you know, it was too
controversial, too obvious in
its ambitions.
So, you say, well, they
gave up on the project.
Oh, no.
Think again.
All they do is rename stuff and
go around this way, and they’ll
come back this way to realize
their goals.
So, instead, in 1948 they
launched something a little bit
more subtle, more manageable,
and it was called the General
Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
It was called GATT, G-A-T-T.
Well, GATT wasn’t
a completed system.
It was just a framework.
It was the blueprint.
And countries agreed to limit
tariffs, open their markets,
they follow shared
international standards.
And every few years, nations
reconvened for new rounds of
negotiations to strengthen
GATT’s rules and is closer to
the real goal, which was
a permanent global
trade authority.
Remember, all of these efforts
are leading to a one-world
governing body.
This is where
all this is headed.
Well, while most people ignored,
you know, these tedious
meetings, I mean, some people,
many people just trying to live
their life.
But these globalists kept
pushing forward round after
round, year after year, for
almost half a century.
And finally, in 1994,
they got what they wanted.
And with it, a major building
block of world government
snapped into place.
The World Trade Organization,
the WTO, quickly became the most
powerful international economic
institution on the planet with
over 160 member countries.
And of course, on the surface,
it presented itself as like a
friendly intergovernmental body
working to help poor nations and
build a global census.
But the real power of the WTO
wasn’t the ministers, it was its
enforcement machinery.

Dave: The WTO also played the
central role in engineering the
rise of Communist China.
During the Clinton
administration, Beijing demanded
special privileges to
join the organization.
Privileges that let China ignore
rules on tariffs and subsidies
and market restrictions, even as
the United States and other
Western nations were
held to strict compliance.
And President Bill Clinton
agreed.
Well, China entered the WTO in
2001 and protected its
ambitions, and it transformed
into the world’s newest economic
and military superpower.
To this day, China insist that
it is still a developing nation.
Think about that, deserving
special treatment while enjoying
freedoms that the
United States is denied.
And this is why the modern
global economic order is
fundamentally at odds with real
world economics, where nations
once valued sound money,
reasonable tariffs, controlled
borders, and national
sovereignty, the global
institutions of today, like the
Bank for International
Settlements, the World Trade
Organization, the International
Monetary Fund, they push for
exactly the opposite.
They want a unified global
financial and commercial system,
and their goals, they’re not
even trying to hide their
goals anymore.
They want a one-world currency,
they want a one-world central
bank, and a one-world system of
regulations governing trade,
tariffs, and banking.
Because they know if they can
control that, they can control
every single person
on the planet.
And this is the entity, the
AntiChrist will have control
of this, folks.
After World War III, that will
be the entrance ramp for the
AntiChrist, and we will move
into a–most nations of the
earth will move into a
fully-functioning world
governing body.
Imagine the cry for peace
after World War III.
That nations will be willing
to yield up their sovereignty,
their armies to this global
governing structure, and they
will be able to economically
sanction those individuals into
compliance those
that don’t want to comply.
Well, the problem is they want
these institutions in place to
enforce it all, and these
organizations like the United
Nations itself were built with
global governance in mind.
This is exactly what Revelation
13 says is coming, a world
government, a world religious
system that’s all tied
into this.
The world religious system is
being created to weaponize the
churches to support the world
governing body, and a global
economic sanctioning system.
These institutions are not
designed to be reformed, no
matter how much, let’s say a
President Trump might hope.
If America intends to remain a
free and independent nation, it
must ultimately walk away from
the global structures that
threaten its sovereignty.
And you say, well, Dave, I don’t
want to get into politics.
I’m talking about world
government here that the
AntiChrist will control.
The United States doesn’t want
to be any part of that.
And if you’re in a nation that
is normally compliant, you don’t
want to be a part of a nation
that’s going to be in all that
either, because you’re
going to face some of this.
As we step back and look at this
whole picture, you know, from
the collapse of the precious
metal money and the rise of
global banking institutions, to
the consolidation of free trade
under international authorities,
you can see the direction that
the world has been
moving for what?
It’s been more
than a century now.
What began as a series of
economic solutions for things
has evolved into a worldwide
framework of financial
coordination, digital oversight,
because all of this stuff is
headed digital.
That’s how they’ll be able to
control everybody with a click
of a button.
And regulatory power unlike
anything, really, humanity has
ever known.
Now, I should say that none of
this means the mark of the beast
is already here.
However, the architecture of
global control described in
Revelation 13 is no
longer theoretical.
It exists already.
It is functioning,
and it is expanding.
For the first time in history,
think of it like this.
I’ll say that again.
For the first time in history,
the world possesses the
technological, the financial,
the political mechanisms capable
of restricting buying and
selling on a global scale
exactly as Scripture foretold.
It’s a 2,000-year-old prophecy.
Now, Revelation does warn us
that a final world authority
will one day use these
symptoms–I’m sorry,
these systems, to
demand allegiance.
And we’re not predicting dates
and things like that, but I know
the system, the infrastructure
is already laid.
And we’re not naming names,
because the names, you can have,
I can have a top ten list of
AntiChrists and that thing
changes all the time.
That has evolved over the years.
So, we’re not going
to name names here.
But we are watching the creation
of a unified global economic
structure that could be used for
the very purpose of the mark of
the beast when the time comes.
One of the most sobering
prophecies in the entire Bible,
and I wanted to cover this today
because a lot of people, they
really won’t even
talk about this.
Again, one of the most sobering
prophecies in the entire Bible.
The consequences for those who
take the mark of the beast.
You say, Dave, I thought you
said you weren’t trying to
scare me.
I’m not trying to sow
fear into anybody.
But I am trying to get you to be
aware of and to warn you of this
coming system, so that way when
the time comes, you do not
comply with it.
And the book of Revelation
is not vague.
This is not a gray area
in the book of Revelation.
It talks about it over and
over and over and over.
Talks about it in Revelation 13,
Revelation 14, Revelation 16,
Revelation 19, over
and over and over again.
In Revelation 14, I wanted to
cover this because it’s
probably, you know, it gives the
strongest warning found anywhere
in Scripture.
It says that anyone who receives
the mark, anyone who worships
the beast and his image will
face the full measure of
God’s judgment.
It’s one of the most serious
warnings in all of Scripture,
Revelation 14:9-11.
If you go through those verses,
they’re not symbolic
poetry, right?
They’re not vague predictions.
They are direct announcements
from heaven delivered by the
third angel in Revelation 14
about what will happen to those
who choose the mark
of the beast.
John writes that the angel
speaks with a loud voice, and
meaning this is a message to the
entire world that they’re
supposed to hear.
If–and he says this, if any
man, the angel says, any man
worships the beast and his
image and receives his mark in
the right hand and the forehead.
In other words,
this is not accidental.
It’s not forced on someone
without their agreement.
The mark represents allegiance.
Belief, in the forehead,
action, in the hand,
a mark, right hand
or forehead.
It’s a conscious decision to
align with a world power that
sets itself against God.
The AntiChrist is called
the anti-Christ.
He will be the world leader
causing people to worship him
and deny the real Christ.
Well, then comes
the consequence.
The angel declares that whoever
takes the mark shall drink of
the wine of the wrath of God
poured out without mixture.
Throughout the Bible, God’s
wrath is pictured as kind of
like a cup.
Sometimes it’s mixed with mercy,
sometimes it’s delayed.
But in this moment, at this end
of the age, the cup is full
strength, undiluted,
unrestrained, final.
The person who chooses the beast
receives the full weight of
God’s judgment.
John says they will be tormented
with fire and brimstone in the
presence of the holy angels, in
the presence of the Lamb.
Well, that tells us two things.
First, the judgment
is real, not symbolic.
There are people teaching
hell is a symbolic place,
a fictitious, you know, made up,
somebody’s imagination,
that hell’s not a real place.
Okay, go to Revelation 14.
There’s your proof.
And there’s many proofs
in the Bible.
That’s one.
And also Christ himself,
the Lamb of God, witnesses
the justice of the verdict.
That’s why I’m warning
you today.
I don’t wanna wait until all
this stuff is over with and then
say, oh, man, we should
have told everybody.
Oh, no, as a God-called
minister, I’m standing
in the road saying,
look, the bridge is out.
Don’t do this.
And then the Bible delivers its
most sobering line.
It says the smoke of their
torment goes up forever and
ever, and they have
no rest day or night.
Now, this is the opposite of
what God promises his church,
his bride, his people, right?
The faithful enter rest.
Those who choose the beast,
they choose restlessness.
No rest for eternity.
No rest day or night.
Now we’ve got to ask ourselves,
why does God give this warning
so strong?
Because he wants no one
to be deceived when the
pressure comes.
The mark of the beast,
it’s not about
necessarily technology.
I mean, I use
technology every day.
This computer, the cameras,
all the screens, everything,
it’s technology, right?
And we’re using it for good to
share the gospel of the kingdom
of God around the world.
So the mark of the beast is not
necessarily about
the technology.
The worst part is the worship.
It’s about the allegiance.
It’s about choosing between the
temporary approval of AntiChrist
in a world system and the
eternal authority of
Jesus Christ.
You know, as these global
systems, as they tighten.
I remember Tucker Carlson and
Catherine Austin Fitts talking.
And she was talking about it
being a digital concentration
camp, or a digital noose put
around somebody’s neck.
Well, as these global systems
tighten, and as digital control
expands, and as the world shifts
towards a single economic
framework, the choices ahead
will only grow clearer.
And we don’t want you
to be confused by them.
We talk about them
all the time here.
We talk about what the mark of
the beast is, how to recognize
it, how you should avoid it, and
the consequences for not
avoiding it.
Are we trying to spread fear?
No, I’m not.
The Bible says God has not
given us a spirit of fear,
but of love, power,
and of a sound mind.
How can you have a sound mind?
Because I’ve got knowledge of
this thing and I will not comply
no matter what happens.
If you had no knowledge of this,
then you could comply and think,
you know, what?
I didn’t know.
But God has helped us to have a
global platform where we can
help warn people
about these things.
I do a Bible study on Wednesday
afternoons to people in the
United States.
It’s a Zoom call to people in
the United States, Europe,
Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
I don’t know how many people are
on the call, honestly.
I don’t know,
it’s tons of people.
And I’m teaching them
the prophecies of the Bible.
Because there are many of them
that have never heard a lesson
on Bible prophecy.
They don’t have a clue.
There’s a lot of pastors around
the world, they just don’t feel
qualified to teach on it, so
they kind of avoid the topic.
But I wanted to do a deep dive
today just to show you how this
global economic system has
been being established for
decades now.
It’s like the same thing as the
world government and the world
religious system.
That they’ve been being
established for years.
There will come a time when the
world government becomes the
kingdom of the AntiChrist, the
world religion becomes the
kingdom of the false prophet,
and they will both use this
global economic sanctioning
system to force people
into compliance.
The Bible says they will make it
so you can’t buy or sell, you
can’t function in society.
But I don’t want you to be
caught unaware.
I want you to understand these
things to help you navigate the
times just ahead and then
spiritually, of course, prepare
for eternity.
So revelation doesn’t tell us
these things to frighten us but
to prepare us, to anchor us,
to remind us that no earthly
convenience is worth
trading for eternal loss.
I’ve got to prepare my mind
for the things just ahead.
That’s where all of this
information comes in.
The Bible gives us
this in great detail.
Do this but don’t do this.
Yes, participate in that, but
absolutely you can’t participate
in this.
So two things you should never
do, never take a mark of
identification on your
person anywhere.
And never pledge allegiance
to the AntiChrist or his
world-governing system.
That way you can guarantee I’ve
never taken the mark of
the beast.
Because what do they do now?
They sanction nations, they
economically sanction nations to
force them into compliance
with the world-governing body.
But there’s gonna come a time,
and they sanction some
individuals now, but it’s gonna
be on a global scale in
the future.
And that’s something that we
cannot comply with.
We’ll use their system until
they start to abuse it, and then
I’m done.
And so I wanted you to be aware
of these things, the Bank for
International Settlements,
International Monetary Fund,
World Bank, the GATT system,
and all the trade and tariff,
the World Trade Organization,
just to make sure you understand
what we’re dealing
with in the future.
