The Road to the Final Seven Years? Inside the 20-Point Plan Changing Everything
Male announcer: Previously on “The Endtime Show.”
Dave Robbins: But the thing is, he knows that if he’s trying to
get this deal done, he can’t just put a nose ring in Israel,
a nose ring in the Palestinians, say, “You guys are coming to a
peace table and you’re gonna talk this thing out and you’re
not gonna leave till you get it done.”
That’s when the thing fails and so he’s–he does move our
embassy to Jerusalem, but yet he’s still working with
the Arabs.
This move of our embassy, that fulfilled a long-standing
promise and it recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital
as well.

Dave: Back in June of 2018, President Trump’s son-in-law and
senior adviser Jared Kushner, along with special envoy Jason
Greenblatt, his longtime lawyer, they began a tour of the region
to gather intel, input, for this, their forthcoming peace
plan that they’re gonna lay out.
And they meet with the leaders in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt,
Qatar, and Israel.
And they focus on economic development with a pathway
to peace.
They didn’t go in there and just start trying to drag everybody
over to a peace table.
They didn’t do that.
They said, “Look, we can come in and, you know, Gaza could be
like another just resort area,” and they start with ideas and
dreams and vision.
And people start to buy into it.
I mean, this–it’s like an outside-in strategy and it–but
it’s aiming to get the Arab states onboard first rather than
starting with the Israeli-Palestinian
negotiations, so it’s brilliant.
Well, now, and then in 2019, it brings more unilateral actions.
On March 25, 2019, President Trump signed a proclamation of
recognizing Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
That, you know, that was a territory that was captured from
Syria back in 1967, the Six Days War, and of course, this
bolsters Israel’s security concerns and further cements the
US-Israeli bond.
And though it’s condemned by much of the international
community as violating international law, President
Trump didn’t care.
And so he’s just really, like, super-gluing the United States
to Israel.
But on the other hand, he’s got guys out dealing with the Arab
nations and getting them all onboard.
And you remember throughout the year, President Trump’s
administration continued crafting its peace proposal.
It was called the Peace to Prosperity plan.
And in June of 2019, they unveiled the economic–their
economic portion at the workshop in Bahrain, remember,
Jared Kushner.
And they proposed a $50 billion in investments for Palestinians
and neighboring states to boost their infrastructure, jobs,
and trade.
Well, the Palestinian leadership, no, they didn’t want
anything to do with it.
Now, the Palestinian people, they were like, “This
is awesome.”
But the Palestinians boycotted the event and they called it,
“Oh, this is just a bribe that ignores political issues
like statehood.”
And you say, “Well, President Trump just threw his hands up
and gave up, didn’t he?”
Nope, he didn’t.
He wrote the book, “The Art of the Deal,” and he’s trying to
make a deal.
Well, and when we enter into 2020, the full plan drops on
January 28th of 2020.
And it was titled, “The Peace to Prosperity: A Vision to Improve
the Lives of the Palestinian and the Israeli People.”
And it was 181 pages, presented at the White House with
Netanyahu present, but notably without president–without
Palestinian representatives and the plan envisioned a
Palestinian state with limited sovereignty, Israeli or Israel
annexing parts of the West Bank, including settlements and the
Jordan Valley, and Jerusalem remaining Israel’s undivided
capital with a Palestinian capital just on the outskirts.
I can’t remember the name of the town there.
But it also includes maps showing a fragmented Palestinian
territory connected by tunnels and bridges.
Palestinians, of course, they reject it outright.
It’s just biased towards Israel whilst even though there’s never
been a Palestinian state, President Trump was basically
offering them one and they said nope, just like they had done
many times before.
And while some Arab states, though, they offered muted
responses, they didn’t say anything.
And that signaled a shift from automatic solidarity to, eh,
we don’t know, you know?
We kind of like this President Trump guy.
And used to, the Palestinians could just fall back on the Arab
peace initiative of, you know, back in 2002 and say, “Well, we
can’t do it, our Arab brethren, we couldn’t do it because
of them.”
But now, they couldn’t do that.
President Trump was taking away that veto power, if you will.
However, the real breakthrough comes later that year with the
Abraham Accords.
On August 13, 2020, Trump announced a normalization
agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, the first
such deal between Israel and an Arab country in 26 years.
And of course, they had had a peace agreement between Jordan
and Egypt.
But now they have won a deal with the United Arab Emirates
and it follows–followed on September 11th of that year by
Bahrain joining in.
And the Accords are signed that year at the White House on
September 15th of 2020 with Trump presiding over it.
Many–there’s millions of pictures of it on the internet.
And these pacts focus on economic ties, tourism, and
security cooperation, bypassing the Palestinian issue.
So the Palestinians are sitting there going, “Well, what
about us?
These Arab neighbors are signing normalization agreements
with Israel?”
Sudan, of course, comes along and signs on October 23rd and
Morocco joins in December 10th, with the US recognizing
Morocco’s claim over the Western Sahara as part of
the deal.
But by the end of Trump’s first term, four Arab nations had
normalized relations with Israel and it reshaped the Middle East
dynamics, and it was isolating Iran and the Palestinians
even further.
Well, of course, Trump leaves office January 20, 2021, but his
influence lingers.
Okay, well, fast forward to November 5, 2024, because the
interim administration was almost irrelevant in many ways.
I just–let’s be honest, and– when it comes to this
type–conversation.
President Trump wins the presidential election against
Vice President Kamala Harris.
And now I’m right here back in 2024 and he secures a second
non-consecutive term.
So he takes office again, January 20, 2025, promising to
build on his previous foreign policy successes, including he
wants to expand the Abraham Accords and addressing ongoing
conflicts like the Israeli-Hamas war that erupted on–back when
I was in Israel, October 7th, 2023, under the
Biden administration.
So in President Trump’s second term, he quickly ramps up the
pressure on the Gaza conflict.
By early 2025, with Iran facing renewed sanctions and Hezbollah
weakened by–from the related clashes, obviously, the
administration pushes for a comprehensive deal.
From a controversial Israeli missile strike in Doha to a
diplomatic triumph in Sharm El-Sheikh, I just want to kind
of go over the story here and spend a little time in detail of
how President Trump and the leveraging of his unwavering
support for Israel and the strategic maneuvering achieved
what many thought was impossible.
And that was a hostage ceasefire agreement that could absolutely
reshape the region.
And he got President Trump to buy in on it.
He got Hamas to buy in on it, and he got many of their Arab
neighbors to buy in on it.
Now, again, I’m not going to spend time here, but this is not
the peace agreement that starts the final seven years.
And we’ve–I’ve talked about that a million times and I’ll
probably talk about it a million more, but that’s not what I want
to–that’s not what I want to talk about today specifically.
But I want–because this could–this all could lead
to that.
Let’s start with the spark that set the chain of events
in motion.
On September 9, Israeli launched a missile strike targeting Hamas
leaders in Doha, Qatar.
President–Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he called it
a message: You can run, you can hide, but we’re gonna get you.
And standing beside US Secretary of State Marco Rubio at that
point, he doubled down, despite the strike’s limited results and
the outrage it ignited across the Arab world.
Well, what happens is the move alienated allies, strained
relations, and left hostage families really fearing that
their loved ones’s plight was being sidelined.
Everybody’s ignoring the hostages, and it seemed like a
diplomatic disaster when they did it.
But just weeks later, the narrative shifted dramatically
and it was a stunning scene when Netanyahu was in the Oval Office
and, with phone in hand, and he read–again, he read a script,
a scripted apology, to Qatar’s Prime Minister, his name is
Mohammed Abdurman Al Thani.
And it was orchestrated by President Trump himself.
President Trump is trying to strike a deal.
Netanyahu goes and bombs Doha, and President Trump says, “You
got to apologize, man.”
And he was like, “Nah, not gonna happen.”
He said, “Listen to me.
I’m trying to strike a deal here.
I need those people onboard.
You’ve got to apologize,” and that’s exactly what
Netanyahu did.
President Trump–of course, Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner,
Trump’s trusted advisor, son-in-law from his
first term–still his son-in-law, I should say.
But they saw an opportunity where others saw chaos.
The Doha strike had stirred anger, but it also revealed
cracks in Hamas’s resolve and, of course, the Gazans, man,
they’re just weary of war and they were increasingly blaming
Hamas, not just Israel, for their suffering.
And Witkoff and Kushner, they sensed that.
And they–well, they sensed that and that the hostages, once
Hamas’s bargaining chips, were becoming kind of like
a liability.
And so they crafted this 20-point proposal and–drawing
on past hostage deals and war-ending frameworks, and they
worked closely with Qatar’s Al Thani, who was now fully onboard
with everything because of Prime Minister Netanyahu’s apology.
Dave: Many people argue America is not mentioned in the
prophecies of the Bible.
But they will miss so much about the coming events that
will happen in the end-time if they don’t get
that understanding.
What do these beasts symbolize?
That’s what we need to answer, because if we can’t understand
what these beasts symbolize, there’s no point in even
studying this, right?
If you don’t believe that America is mentioned in the
Bible, you’re gonna be stuck when it comes to figuring out
all these prophecies.
But once you understand this, America has a prophesied future.
It’s given to us in the Bible.
And the America will not be part of the world government, but
we’re gonna be protecting Israel against the world government all
the way to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

Dave: And on September 29th, President Trump and Israeli
Prime Minister Netanyahu, they stood side by side at the
White House.
And they announced a plan that demanded courage and it was an
immediate end to the war, a phased Israeli withdrawal from
Gaza, and a potential pathway to a Palestinian state.
And that’s the key.
Stop the presses.
When I started reading that, I thought, man, these guys, it’s
not just about Israeli Gaza.
President Trump knows that he’s got Israel involved, Israel
involved, the Palestinians are involved, the Arab nations
are involved.
They’re all onboard with this.
And when they laid out the 20-point plan, point 18 talked
about an interfaith initiative that should be implemented to
get these, the two faiths working together, and point 19
and 20 talked about a pathway to a Palestinian state.
Now, if we start working on that, or they start working on
that, and that comes to fruition and they get a deal there that
has the five biblical characteristics that ends up
leading to a peace agreement, then I’ll be able to come on the
radio and television and say, “We’ve started the final
seven years.”
I am not saying that right now, but I’m telling you, look at all
the players that are involved in this Gaza deal, and the
Europeans, when they signed the deal down there in Sharm
El-Sheikh, look at all the Europeans that were there.
And Macron.
I mean, they all–so it’s a giant deal.
But the potential there from a prophetic perspective of what it
could lead to, think about that: a Palestinian state.
And if it has the five biblical characteristics to the one that
deals with Israel and the West Bank, specifically, biblical
Judea, Samaria, woo, now we’re talking about some big
fulfillment of Bible prophecy, probably the most pivotal
prophecy before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, because
it’s the one with a prophesied date on it.
So for Netanyahu–and then you say, “Man, why are you guys
getting excited?”
Now you know.
And this is why we focus on this right now so much.
We’re doing program after program on it.
Well, it’s because we have to.
Because there–it’s what–it’s not what this deal done, per se.
I’m happy that they got the hostages back and everything
that’s going on, but the peace agreement that’s coming in the
near future, the prophesied one, it’s a 2500-year-old prophecy,
and we’re getting ready to see it come to pass, folks.
Well, of course, for Netanyahu this risked collapsing his
government because there were people, Smotrich and Ben-Gvir,
they were saying, “You do this and we’re pulling out.”
So why did he go ahead and agree to it?
Well, there was a senior Trump aide that pointed to the
president’s proven formula.
Because he, they–some of them knew that President–Prime
Minister Netanyahu from a political stand potentially
could use this.
And I read an article where it said that he was contemplating
going into elections because he could use the–all of the wave
of support he got for getting the hostages back as a
potential, you know, a platform to launch him back into another
term as Prime Minister of Israel.
So, but there was a senior Trump aide that pointed to president’s
proven formula, Trump’s unwavering support for Israel,
described as standing shoulder to shoulder 100% with Prime
Minister Netanyahu in Israel that earned him trust.
Unlike the Biden administration, which struggled to move the
needle, or any needle I should say, President Trump’s
credibility with Israel allowed President–allowed President
Trump to push Netanyahu towards compromise without jeopardizing
fears for Israel’s security.
So Hamas, meanwhile, was cornered.
By early October, they signed– they signaled openness to the
deal, particularly the upfront release of all the hostages
and–though they balked at these later phages concerning
Gaza’s future, and this is kind of the–this is kind of where
we’re at right now.
Trump issued an ultimatum, and mediators from Qatar, Egypt, and
Turkey, they sprang into action, and the technical talks in Sharm
El-Sheikh on October 7th and 8th, they moved swiftly with
Trump personally phoning in to introduce his commitment to the
plan’s principles including Israel’s eventual withdrawal.
And of course, there was a critical breakthrough that came
when negotiators agreed to separate the hostage release
from the thornier postwar issues.
Let’s just get the hostages home and, of course, now that has
happened, the living and then many of the deceased.
Well, by Wednesday evening, October 8th, after 20 hours of
intense negotiations, a deal was within reach.
Witkoff and Kushner, now in Sharm El-Sheikh, they worked
alongside mediators as Israel and Hamas, stationed in separate
ballrooms, they inched towards a consensus.
Well, just one week ago, that Israel and Hamas signed off on
this US-brokered ceasefire deal.
A ceasefire deal, I should say, and kicking off phase one, what
could be, certainly that what was a–it was really a turning
point, obviously.
And–but the ink was barely dry when the agreement was
formalized the next day in October 9th in Sharm El-Sheikh,
Egypt, with the former president and world leaders looking on.
So picture this.
Qatari and Israeli negotiators embracing in a scene so surreal
it’s like the Doha strike never happened.
This is the power of influence and leverage and negotiations,
and it’s happening, folks, at the highest level.
The, of course, celebrations, I mean, Israel had just bombed
Doha a few weeks prior.
Of course, celebrations erupted.
Gaza, Israel, Sharm El-Sheikh, after Trump announced the deal
on Truth Social, that was–it was like at 2 a.m.
in the morning.
So what’s in the deal?
Well, it’s a bold start: an immediate halt to hostilities,
Hamas release all remaining living hostages, Israel
deploying troops–I should say redeploying troops from parts of
Gaza, pulling them out.
Humanitarian aid flowing in, construction–reconstruction
plans are taking shape.
There’s talk of demilitarization down the road.
But let’s not get too starry-eyed here because, you
know, sporadic clashes are already starting to flare up,
raising hard questions about how this ceasefire is going to hold.
And, you know, enforcement is gonna be the name of the game.
Because it’s still Hamas, they’re still an Iranian
terrorist proxy, and they still want to destroy Israel.
And again, that’s why the ideology has not changed.
Maybe the location and, you know, some of the different
situations, but that ideology is still there.
And so, I’m watching it from every angle, but right now,
phase one is coming to an end or it’s–that’s actually kind of
still in motion, but it’s maybe coming to an end and, you know,
a hostage–a prisoner swap and different and, you know, Israel
playing back from key areas in Gaza, pulling back.
Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, on the ground, you know,
overseeing kind of the delicate dance of implementation.
And, you know, but here’s the problem.
One misstep, and the whole thing could unravel.
I mean, looking ahead, think about the next phase, figuring
out Gaza’s future.
It’s a beast of its own, isn’t it?
I mean, the US is surely stepping up, planning to send
200 CENTCOM soldiers to join an international stabilization
force, ISF, led by countries like Indonesia to take over from
the IDF in Gaza.
This is huge.
Talks about disarming Hamas, potentially violently, President
Trump said, and dismantling military strikes.
They’re already happening, though Hamas is publicly digging
in their heels.
And there was a Trump aide that, you know, waved off the noise.
He said, “Ah, it’s more about what, you know, people are
saying privately and what they’ll actually do.”
Well, we’re watching it play out in our news every–
the headlines.
So it’s a very fragile moment.
And the ceasefire is certainly a spark of hope.
The hostages coming home, certainly a time for
great celebration.
But the road ahead is littered with obstacles, and, you know,
can the world keep the momentum going, or will old tensions pull
it apart?
You know, looking ahead, obviously the deal could revive
Trump’s Abraham Accords, certainly, potentially paving
the way for normalization between Israel and countries
like Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
And think about this: if they were to get that done, that
could bring the–Saudi Arabia has huge influence over
the Palestinians.
That could potentially kind of put some pressure on them to
say, “Look.
Look at what an Israeli normalization agreement has done
for us, you guys need to do this.”
And certainly, Qatar and some of the other major nations in
the region.
Imagine if all of them were onboard or a vast majority of
them were onboard, but the Palestinians weren’t.
Can you imagine the pressure that they will put on them to
sign a deal with Israel?
And then think of–and what if the Palestinians or the
Israeli–the international community would say, “Look, if
you will do this, if you will sign this peace agreement, what
if the–” The Bible says the Antichrist is gonna confirm a
covenant with many.
What if–man, I just thought about this right now.
What if the Antichrist comes on the scene?
I’m saying what if.
What if the Antichrist would come on the scene and say,
“Look, you normalize relations with Israel, you come into the
Abraham Accords, you sign a peace agreement with them,
allowing them to build their third temple and everything, and
we will make you an official state and we will–we’ll make
you a member of the United Nations, a voting member of the
United Nations, once and for all.”
And all of the other Arab neighbors are onboard and the
Palestinians come in, sign the agreement, and the Antichrist
ascends to power, to the head of the world governing body,
because he was the one that got the peace agreement across the
finish line and boom, now we start the final seven years.
Now, you say, “Dave, that’s way out there.”
It is speculation, but I’m telling you, the peace
agreement’s coming.
And look at how all of this stuff is shaping up.
And so this Gaza thing, it is big, but it’s not as big as that
peace agreement will be.
So, the–of course, many other things have happened, you know,
that we’re watching what’s coming here in the near future,
but I’m watching for the peace agreement that starts the final
seven years.
And wow, what a, you know– also World War III.
I mean, we’ll see what happens here.
Will Iran kick something off trying to throw all this into
chaos, trying to stop President Trump’s forward motion and his
peace deal-making?
Certainly, World War III would put a stop to that right now.
And so, do you think Iran’s not sitting over there watching all
of this and this huge momentum that President Trump has in
Israel and the Arab nations, and Iran is sitting back like, “We
want to destroy these people.
We don’t want them getting a bigger foothold in the
Middle East”?
So again, I say that because why?
Because the next two things on God’s prophetic timeline are an
Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement right there in the
West Bank between–in the biblical Judea, Samaria; and
World War III.
And so I’m watching.
I’m watching, folks, and I want you to be watching as well,
because these are prophetic times.
We’re living in prophetic times and we’ve got to keep a watch
because we want to know what’s coming next because Jesus
Christ’s coming is right around the corner.
