Pact For the Future – 10/27/2024
Dave Robbins: The United Nations
“Pact for the Future” seeks to
revise the UN Security Council
and to limit the veto power.
It’s very, very important.
Without the veto power, nations
are helpless to defend against
the dictatorial powers that the
globalists dream of.
We’re gonna analyze the
prophetic ramifications of this
decision on this edition of
“The Endtime Show.”
♪♪♪
Dave: Good afternoon, everybody.
I’m Dave Robbins with Endtime
Ministries.
Thank you for joining me on this
edition of “The Endtime Show.”
Now, I know that most of you
understand the United Nations’
prime ministers are meeting to
kind of complain about, “Here’s
what I think my country wants
and here’s what we should do,”
and blah, blah, blah, but
there’s a lot of things that go
on behind the scenes that unless
you really follow this stuff,
you don’t understand the full
effect that it will have on
every United States citizen and
all the citizens of the world if
we let it; very, very important.
One of the things they’re trying
to do is to–in this Summit of
the Future, they passed the–and
signed on to–the Pact for
the Future.
And what they’re wanting to do
is to revise the United Nations,
it’s not the world government
that they want.
So what they’re saying is: we’re
going to turbocharge the
world government.
We’re going to create a United
Nations 2.0 that will–is gonna
strengthen multilateralism,
world government, and allow us
to do things that we haven’t
been able to do up to
this point.
We wanna be able to enforce
things rather than just
suggest things.
And some of the things they’re
wanting to do is they’re wanting
to control–you understand that
there is a huge war on farmers.
Well, what they’re really
wanting to do–they don’t really
care about the farmers, they
don’t care about the food, they
want to control the property.
If they can control the property
rights in America, then the rest
of it nobody cares about.
I mean, they don’t care about
the rest of it.
So that’s one of the things they
want to get–to get it–get
control of, and it’s part of the
Sustainable Development Goals.
It’s all about world government.
It’s socialistic, it’s
communistic, is to get control
of the property rights and get
control of the means of
production and consumption.
That’s the goal of what’s going
on.
Well, a lot of this is being
pushed during this Summit of the
Future and the Pact of the
Future.
However, s–one very important
thing that people have just
glossed over, the news isn’t
talking about it at all.
However, I wanted to make sure
that you understood what’s
really going on because it’s
very prophetic.
Currently, the United States has
a veto power over any UN
Security Council resolution
that’s passed at the
United Nations.
I want you to imagine if that
veto power was removed, the
United States and Israel could
come under the heel of the
United Nations.
Nations who do not have the veto
power in the United Nations
Security Council, they are at
its mercy and they must comply
with the rulings of the UN or
face economic sanctions or even
military moves against them.
The Pact of the Future seeks to
control, to limit and even
eventually, it’ll eliminate the
UN Security Council veto,
setting the stage for,
certainly, the Great Tribulation
and the Battle of Armageddon and
a lot of different other things.
So I’m gonna talk to you about
that today because I want you to
understand the gravity of the
situation here.
You can think, “Oh, the United
Nations, they’re just having
another meeting, and who cares?”
And move on down the road.
No, they’re creating a true,
fully functioning world
governing body.
I’m gonna focus today on the
veto power and how it will play
out prophetically over time and
some of the implications of it
should we lose that veto power
and lose our ability to protect
ourselves and Israel in these
last times.
So we’re gonna talk about that
today on the program.
Gillian Joseph: A reminder of
the breaking news this hour: at
least 22 people are reported to
have died in a strike in Gaza.
Dave: The rise of Islam.
male: I’m trying to

families desperately.
Dave: Is the Israel-Hamas-Iran
conflict World War III?
So let’s talk about the four
horsemen, what do these
horses symbolize?
“These are the four spirits of
the heavens, which go forth from
standing before the LORD of all
the earth.”
In the end time, the true people
of God will not be weak, anemic,
and defeated.
These prophesized events are
revealing we are quickly
approaching the time of the
Great Tribulation right now.

Dave: All right, so here we go,
let’s dive into the Pact for
the Future.
Now, I’m not gonna go through
every little nuance that they’re
trying to do, I’m gonna focus on
the veto power because it’s
really the salient issue.
If we lost our veto power, that
would be it, we would be at the
beck and call of the United
Nations.
The only thing that stands
between the United Nations being
a fully functioning true world
governing body and one that can
be still kept in check is the UN
Security Council veto power.
That’s where the power lies.
Russia wants to invade Ukraine a
few years ago, UN Security
Council passes a resolution
against that move.
Russia simply says, “Meh, veto,”
and they move right in
on Ukraine.
The United Nations is a paper
tiger–a toothless tiger right
now–because of the UN Security
Council veto power, all right?
So the Pact for the Future–they
have sections here–it’s called
Transforming Global Governance.
Again, there’s many of them:
pushing the Sustainable
Development Goals, all down
through here, controlling the
oceans and everything they want
to do.
But I want to talk about the
section Transforming Global
Governance and more
specifically, Action number 39.
It says this–and I’m
quoting–“We will reform the
Security Council, recognizing
the urgent need to make it more
representative, more inclusive,
transparent, efficient,
effective, democratic and
accountable.”
And then it says this: “The
question of the veto is a key
element of the Security Council
reform.
We will intensify efforts to
reach an agreement on the future
of the veto, including
discussions on limiting its
scope and use.”
Now, up until this point, no
limits for the five victor
nations of World War II.
But they’re talking about–in
this Pact for the Future that
all 193 nations signed on to,
including the United States of
America, which is insane, but we
did it anyway.
And I wonder if the people who
signed on to that even read it,
because if we lose the veto
power, we’re gonna be
stuck, right?
So the antichrist will dominate
the United Nations and use its
structure to establish this
prophesized one-world
governing body.
Now, after the United Nations
was formed in 1945, everything
did not work exactly like it was
anticipated, right?
What happened was the Soviet
Union received so much of
Europe, and as a result of Yalta
and as a result of Alger Hiss,
there was a lot of tension,
right?
Because Alger Hiss was a
Communist spy.
Furthermore, Russia moved to
gain in peace what Adolf Hitler
had failed to gain in war.
And it actually looked like, for
a while, that Russia would end
up ruling all of Europe and that
communism would dominate all of
Europe, right?
So in order to head this off,
the United States of America led
the Western powers into NATO,
the North Atlantic
Treaty Organization.
And it was a military alliance
to counter what was called the
Warsaw Pact, which was the
communist bloc of
Eastern Europe.
And that’s still kind of the
situation it is today, right?
Well, the United Nations was
rendered, really, largely
ineffective at this time because
of the Cold War and because of
the veto power.
So here’s what actually
happened.
The United States was given veto
power at the formation of the
United Nations.
The members of Congress were
unwilling to approve a world
government structure unless the
US had absolute veto.
Okay, let me pause right here.
I wanna say that again, the
members of Congress of the
United States were not willing
to approve the United States
signing on to an effort and
yielding up much of our
sovereignty to a world governing
body unless the United States
had absolute veto power.
This veto power is what the Pact
for the Future, the Summit of
the Future and the United
Nations, many people in
there–this veto power that we
hold as one of the five victor
nations of World War II, this is
the one that they’re wanting to
limit, to take charge of, and to
eventually eliminate.
Now, think about this: today,
we’re signing on to that knowing
that there’s a potential for
that to happen.
And so the Congress back in
1945, they would only sign on if
we had veto power.
Today, they’re wanting to do
away with that veto power.
Okay, what’s that mean?
Well, when the US got veto
power, the great–then the five
victor nations, the
great–the–Great Britain, they
said, “Well, we want veto power
too.”
France, China, the USSR, they
all said they want veto power.
So all of them, the five victor
nations of World War II, they
were given veto power at the UN
Security Council as well.
So they formed what was called
the Big Five, the five permanent
members of the UN Security
Council, and that’s really where
the real power lies.
The General Assembly, that’s
just people voting and
resolutions and all kinds of
different things.
But it all has to come through
that Security Council, and the
United States can veto anything
that comes through there, so can
Russia and Great Britain and
China and France.
So they could veto almost
anything the world government
structure decided to do.
It became a paper tiger at that
point, unless they got a
coalition of nations on board to
be their military or something
like that, or they could
sanction nations, but it still
had to be–go through the UN
Security Council.
So that’s the reason that they
were able to get this approved
in Congress, only, back then in
1945, because they had a veto
power, okay?
Without the veto power, they
realized that they would be
helpless before the United
Nations.
They could actually bring
economic sanctions against the
United States or against Israel
and we would be helpless.
Unless we wanted to fight them
by our army, we would be
helpless against that.
So without that concession, it
would never–the United States
would never have signed on to
it.
So let’s talk about the creation
of the United Nations, because I
want you guys to understand very
clear what happened.
By the end of World War II, just
over 52 million had died.
Prior to that, World War I had
the greatest number of
fatalities, 8 million plus.
At the end of that war, the
whole world cried out,
“Never again.”
Well, during World War II, the
atom bomb and all of its horror
was introduced to the world.
To visualize another
unrestrained war with this new
level of deadly weapons, it was
just unthinkable to the world at
that time.
The political leaders of the
world–principally Joseph
Stalin, Winston Churchill, and
FDR, Franklin Delano
Roosevelt–they met at a place
called Yalta, and it was there
that Europe was divided, okay?
This is after World War II.
It was also there that they made
the decision to launch the
United Nations, and they chose
its first Secretary-General.
The plan was to create a world
government forum and call it the
United Nations of the world.
Every nation would send an
ambassador to its forum in order
to settle conflicts to avoid
future wars.
Okay, that was a joke, right?
Because we’ve been in war ever
since.
Well, the member nations would
vote on the issues and all would
abide by the majority’s
decision.
And in that way, the world’s
conflicts would be settled by
diplomacy rather than by armed
conflict.
At least that was the idea that
was proposed.
Hasn’t really worked out like
that since, right?
So there was one problem with
that plan; most of the nations
sending ambassadors to the
United Nations
were dictatorships.
Some of the wiser heads of the
United States Congress refused
to the–to surrender the
sovereignty of the United States
of America to this group,
because we didn’t have a
dictatorship; at least we didn’t
then.
Consequently, we demanded veto
power.
We wanted to veto anything
this–the decisions that came,
so the United States was given
veto power at the formation of
the United Nations.
Again, members of Congress were
unwilling to approve a world
government structure unless the
US had absolute veto power.
I wanna make sure I stress that
point, that’s why I’m talking
about it over and over and over
again.
We would never have went into
this without the veto power, now
they’re trying to eliminate that
veto power.
They’re trying to get the true
world government that they’ve
always wanted and dreamed of and
they know that the salient issue
is the veto power.
They’ve got to get rid of that,
and it’s in the Pact for
the Future.
We’ve got to limit, limit,
limit, control the veto power,
limit the veto power.
And what they’d really like to
do is to eliminate
it completely.
So obviously, the US got veto
power, Great Britain, the other
five victor nations, China,
USSR, all of them victor nations
of World War II.
So they formed, again, the Big
Five, and that’s where the real
power lies.
So they could veto almost
anything, and very,
very important.
But until you understand this,
you’re stuck, right?
That they could veto almost
anything that the world
government structure decided to
do.
Now, that’s the reason they were
able to get it approved
through Congress.
Without that concession, it
would never have happened.
So, the Soviet Union moved
immediately to win through peace
what Hitler had failed to gain
in war.
Rapidly–very rapidly–she began
to snatch up all of Europe, and
this forced the United States to
assume a defensive posture and
the Cold War began.
The world lived in fear of a
nuclear holocaust, it’s the
Cold War.
And the ideological war
continued from 1945 till 1989
when the Berlin Wall came down.
The Soviet president, Mikhail
Gorbachev, he said: “We’re going
to deprive you of an enemy.”
He unilaterally dissolved the
Warsaw Pact that opposed NATO,
and the Berlin Wall was allowed
to crumble.
The Iron Curtain was torn down,
ending the Cold War, and
immediately people began to talk
about a new world order and to
breathe life into the United
Nations, which was just, you
know, this paper tiger type
situation.
So since 1989, the United
Nations has conducted five times
as many peacekeeping missions as
they did in the 44 years before
the fall of the Berlin Wall.
So UN activity is–now it’s
escalating, and to say nothing
of the International Monetary
Fund and the World Bank from the
Bretton Woods meeting, and all
the other international
structures that are designed to
push us into a world
governing body.
Again, the United States is not
really concerned about it
because we have veto power,
okay?
And I wanna make sure I drive
home the point today: without
that veto power, the United
Nations would be a true fully
functioning world governing body
at this point.
One thing–one more thing that
will help us understand why the
United Nations is so powerful
and why it ultimately became the
ar–will become the arm of the
antichrist, when the United
Nations was formed, there was a
young diplomatic star in the
United States who was Roosevelt
right-hand man.
He carried the weight of the
negotiations at Yalta when
Eastern Europe was divided up.
Because he was so well thought
of by both sides, by Stalin and
Roosevelt, they appointed him to
be the first Secretary-General
of the United Nations.
They also appointed him to
oversee the drafting of the UN
Constitution or the UN Charter.
However, three years later, he
was convicted of lying about–he
was convicted of perjury for
lying about being a communist
spy, and he was sent to prison.
That man was Alger Hiss.
What does this mean?
Well, that means that Hiss, a
communist spy, designed the
United Nations to be a world
union of Socialist republics, a
one-world communist system.
Now, you want some proof?
It’s really–there’s a million
proofs, but you can compare the
emblem he designed for the
United Nations with the emblem
of the Soviet Union.
The emblem of the Soviet Union
was a globe with a–sheaves of
wheat around it and a hammer and
sickle superimposed on
the globe.
The emblem of the UN is a globe
with two olive branches
around it.
And of course, Alger Hiss, he
omitted the hammer and
sickle, right?
That would have been way too
obvious back in 1945, because
the United States was actually
hammered down on communism at
that point.
Now there’s people that believe
we should have communism in
America, which is just utter
nonsense.
But all Secretary-Generals that
have ruled the United Nations
from 1945 until now have been
socialists, they fully intend to
incorporate the world into a
socialist one-world government.
The current Secretary-General of
the United Nations was the
number one socialist on the
planet from ’95–1995 to ’99,
when he was the president of the
Socialist International.
Of course, the Bible says that
this end time world government
will be a red beast or a
socialist, communist entity.
That’s exactly what it is,
everybody, communist, socialist.
So the United Nations cannot
become what it was created to
do–listen at this–while the
five members of the UN Security
Council have veto power over its
decisions.
You understand that?
The salient issue here is the
veto power in the
United Nations.
They know it, the United States
knows it, Israel knows
it–because they passed so many
resolutions against Israel since
the 70s and the United States
has used our UN Security Council
veto power to protect them, and
we’re gonna use it in the
near future.
But there are people that would
like to eliminate that so they
can have the two-world governing
body.
It’s talked about in the Pact of
the Future, everybody.
While there are several
challenges that need to be
addressed in the Pact for the
Future, any efforts to safeguard
the safety of people, now and in
the future, will be undermined
without reform, people say, of
the Security Council and its
veto powers.
We’ve got to do something.
We’ve got to reform that
Security Council.
They’re talking about packing
the Security Council like they
have–like Joe Biden and them
were talking about packing the
Supreme Court.
Hey, Donald Trump put all these
conservatives on the Supreme
Court and now they’re voting
conservative and to the Right on
most of their votes, because
there are more people than there
are on the Left on the Supreme
Court.
So what Joe Biden and them would
like to do is, hey, let’s just
have 15 members or 25 members or
whatever.
Let’s just pack the Supreme
Court so they’ll start voting
in our favor.
Because they know they can’t get
rid of any of the Supreme Court
members currently, so let’s just
add some to it.
Well, that’s what they’re saying
they might do to the UN
Security Council.
However, the salient issue,
again, is that veto power of
those five victor nations of
World War II.
And so consider this: in 2022,
the UN Security Council passed
13 resolutions against nations
like North Korea, China, the
Middle East, and African
nations.
All combined, 13.
But they passed 15 resolutions
against one little
nation, Israel.
And think about it like this: we
have–we protected Israel during
that whole time with our UN
Security Council veto power.
CNN reported that the United
Nations members voted
overwhelmingly to demand that
Israel end its occupation of
Palestinian territories; that
they leave within 12 months.
The resolution was adopted in
the UN General Assembly after
receiving 124 votes in favor.
14 countries voted against that,
United States was one of them.
And the vote comes after the
UN’s top court, the
International Court of Justice,
said in July that Israel’s
presence in the West Bank and
East Jerusalem is illegal.
Now, I’m talking about where the
Temple Mount is, where Old
Jerusalem is, the Holy Basin,
the Mount of Olives, the Kidron
Valley, the place where
they–Jesus prayed that night,
the Garden of Gethsemane, all of
that.
They’re saying the who’s–the
Jews are illegally occupying
that; it’s craziness.
And so–but they saying that
they’ve illegally occupied that,
and they’ve called on Israel to
end its decades-long occupation
in–of those territories claimed
by the Palestinians for a future
state, and that they should
leave.
In its advisory opinion, the
International Court of Justice
said Israel should end its
occupation as rapidly as
possible, and the UN’s
resolution gives a
12-month timeline.
Now, imagine if the US had no UN
Security Council veto power, the
UN might level sanctions against
Israel or even move in
military–militarily against her
to force compliance.
Now, think about that: what if
the United Nations could demand
Israel and Hezbollah ceasefire
right now and we had no Security
Council veto power?
What if the UN could demand
Israel had no right to defend
herself and the US had no veto
power to protect her?
Think about that, everybody,
this is what’s being talked
about in this Pact for the
Future.
And then you’ve also got other
entities that–the–Democracy
Without Borders and some
different things, which is the
Old World Federalist
association.
They’re coming out and they’re
saying–they proposed it just
recently, let’s just eliminate
the veto power and let’s have
the true world parliamentary
system, the world government
that we all dream of, all of us
globalists.
Imagine what that would do to
Israel, imagine what it could do
to the United States.
