ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are usually processed the next business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday will generally be processed on Monday
Please note:
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship orders using UPS or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Important:
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- A physical address may be required for certain shipments
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
- Transit times do not include weekends or holidays

Your order will not ship until any additional charges are approved.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS
All orders leave our facility in good condition.
Once your package is delivered to the carrier (UPS or USPS), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:
