Shipping Policy

Most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday – Friday, may not be processed until the following business day.  Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.  Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  We observe all federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday.Order acknowledgment confirmation will be provided to you via email after your order is payment is processed. Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing of your order shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS based on your order amount.  Please note: We cannot ship UPS orders to P.O. Boxes. A physical address may be requested for any orders shipping via UPS.

Expected Delivery Dates:

Standard: 3-7 business days after order processing
UPS Ground: 1-5 days after order processing (Transit days for UPS Ground shipments are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.)
All dates are estimates and may vary.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process.  See “Additional Shipping Charges.”

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and Insurance:

If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email or phone and ask you to approve the additional charges.  We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping.  If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Oversized or bulky items may incur additional shipping and handling charges. Orders that need to be shipped in separate boxes will incur an additional shipping and handling charge. We will notify you by email or phone if your order ships in multiple boxes. High value items (exceeding $600) may require additional shipping, handling and insurance charges.  This charge will not show up on your order but will be added during processing.  You will be notified by email or phone if the charge exceeds $6.00.  This may delay shipment of your order.

Free Shipping

At this time, we offer free shipping on certain orders and promotions. This means that you will not be charged the regular shipping charge based on our shipping chart.  You will still be charged any “Extra” shipping charge that is stated on the individual product pages.  Some products are oversized, bulky and/or heavy and require extra shipping above the regular stated charges.  Each product page will state if that product requires extra shipping.  You will also see that flat rate appear in the shopping cart before you checkout.

Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper.  If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
