Prophecies Concerning The Battle of Armageddon
Nine specific prophecies in the Bible will occur within the final seven years prior to the Battle of Armageddon. By examining these prophecies, we can get a sense of how close we are to Armageddon.
- The final seven years will begin when the Antichrist and the International Community give their support to Israel’s right to exist in the land promised to Abraham by God. This is called the Confirmation of the Covenant (Daniel 9:27 & Genesis 15:18). Israel’s Prime Minister has openly stated that the number one goal of his administration is to obtain the support of the International Community for Israel’s final borders.
- A war will begin from the vicinity of the Euphrates River (Revelation 9:13-16). The United States has approximately 230,000 troops stationed in the Euphrates River Basin at this time. The conflict between the US and Islamic Fundamentalism is not diminishing, but increasing around the world.
- The West Bank (Judea) in Israel will become a place of great tribulation (Matthew 24:15-21). Israel has openly stated that she will withdraw from the West Bank (Judea). When Israel withdraws, the Hamas terrorist state will take over in Judea, precipitating a bloodbath.
- The Temple Mount in Jerusalem will be placed under a sharing arrangement between Jew and Gentile (Revelation 11:1-2). President Clinton suggested the sharing of the Temple Mount in July of 2000. It is generally believed this is the only possible solution to the Temple Mount dispute whenever the issue is finally resolved.
- The Jewish temple will be built on the Temple Mount (Revelation 11:1-2 & 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4). All the furniture for Israel’s Third Temple is now complete.
- The Temple Mount will be placed under the supervision of the world community, and the leader of the world community, which will at that time be the Antichrist, will stand on the Temple Mount claiming to be God (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4). Ehud Barak, Israeli Prime Minister in the year 2000, suggested placing the Temple Mount under UN control in order to make a sharing of the Temple Mount possible. When the UN takes control of the Temple Mount, the leader of the world government will feel justified in claiming ultimate authority there.
- A world government will dominate the world for three and one-half years prior to Armageddon (Daniel 7:23 & Revelation 13:7). The nations of the world are increasingly recognizing the authority of international law. We now have the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization and the World Court just to name a few. We have a World Court to adjudicate the international laws of the emerging world government.
- Each person on earth will be required to have a mark or a number in order to buy or sell (Revelation 13:16-18). On May 11, 2005, President Bush signed the Real ID Act. The law requires that every American must have a national ID card. Without this card, a person will not be able to hold a job or open a bank account. Without a job or a bank account, how much buying and selling will an individual be able to do? Oh, by the way, you can’t get your card without giving your number…your social security number.
- The world community, led by Russia and Iran, will invade the nation of Israel. (Zechariah 14:2-3 & Ezekiel 38 & 39) Iran (Persia) and Russia (Meshech—root word for Moscovi or Moscow) are now in alliance. Iran is the leading advocate of “wiping Israel off the map.”

The Bible does say, to be absent from the body is to be present with Lord. When we die our spirit goes to God. But the Bible does say at the rapture, the dead in Christ will rise first, in their new bodies, and we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together to them in the air. God bless.
I, myself, believe mankind will be the undoing of this world, not some comet or planet alignment. Mankind will destroy itself. When? Soon, most likely. The way the human race is “progressing”. Is it possible that the human genetic code has a flaw? Maybe something inside us is programmed wrong(or right)? Deteriorating, reverting us back to our primal stages of life, making us attack and kill each other. Maybe that’s what the real catastrophe is. Who knows.
The Myans are not right. Only God knows when the end will take place. Even the Son does not know.
Another reason to vehemently be opposed to OWG. OWG army will be the cause of this war not religion. Man’s lust for power starts all these wars. That is why I pray the USA will not participate! Its going to happen no doubt but I pray the Eagle gets to play a heroic part in all of this. Would that not be wonderful?!

We are at the precipice of the New World Order. Christians will have to make a decision on whether to take the “mark” as predicted. This will be a trying and harrowing time for all of mankind and the ultimate decision will weigh in as to whether or not one will be “saved” or under the control of Satan and his forces. With the world economies collapsing and people scared as to how they are going to survive – many will choose to receive the “mark” so they can buy and trade. Unfortunately, by doing so, they can lose their right to the kingdom of God. God help us in making the right decisions……

Did you say you do not trust the Holy Spirit ? Heaven help you ! Yes, we must pray for our leaders, and Obama is NOT the antichrist. God is in control. The Bible says that God puts kings and rulers in places of authority. This is all part of Gods divine plan. God will not destroy us if we do not support Israel. However, He can place us in captivity to another power.
The end of the world cannot be dated by any one. But God will surely bring all things to an end. What is important now is that we give our lives wholely to Jesus and be ready for his coming which can happen at any time

Since we know, we are in the end time, what can we do now? Or how are we going to pray together and rebuke or plan of devil uppon our life.
Hmm! I know the word of God can never fail.I can see all these prophecies manifesting today.

The Bible does not teach this. In fact there are prophecies that still must come to pass so the world will not end in 2012.

I will try to help you, Revelation 13 is talking about the Anti-Christ and his empire, so in 18 to separate the country from a person, John tells us that the mark is that of a man. Okay now you see that the Mark of the Beast is the number of a man, not a country or empire. So there will be a man that will arise that when is name is transformed to a number it will add up to 666. For example when you take Mohammad and make it a number its 666, I hope this helps

The end is just at the door! Christians are so spiritually blind that we are in support of all these world’s improvizations and schemes not realising that they are to our destruction. Indeed, the god of this age has blinded the children of disobedience! May God have mercy.
