Report: Israel offers Palestinians draft proposal for extending peace talks

Israel reportedly offered the Palestinians a proposal on Sunday that Jerusalem hopes will result in extended peace negotiations beyond the initial April 29 deadline set for the current round of talks, a Palestinian official told AFP.
