The Prophecy

The Fulfillment

In 2013, world leaders continued to support expansion of a “New World Order.” The International Arms Trade Treaty, the covert development of the Transatlantic and Trans-Pacific Partnerships, and the implementation of many locally-enacted sustainability programs threatened to erode national sovereignty and individual rights. As the nations of the world submitted to the authority of international law, institutions such as the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization and the World Court expanded their influence over governments and individuals. We will all feel the oppression of this world government structure, which is prophesied in the Bible, because it is satanically inspired, and it is forming right now.

Vice President Calls for a ‘New World Order’

In April 2013, Vice President Joe Biden was added to the list of world leaders calling for the creation of a “New World Order”. This phrase has been used throughout the 20th century, but became more popular when George H.W. Bush called for a “New World Order” after Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990. Since then, many other international leaders have determined that a plan for a global government is in place that will achieve this “New World Order” including Henry Kissinger and former U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Agenda 21, Sustainable Development

Agenda 21 is a global to local action plan, which came out of the 1992 United Nations Rio Earth Summit. It was designed to create world government, concentrate populations in cities, end national sovereignty, abolish private property, restructure the family unit, and limit mobility and individual opportunity. World business leaders, along with the IMF, World Bank and the United Nations, actively promoted sustainable development policies in 2013. These policies include massive population reduction, and limiting technology and access to natural resources. Though the general public is largely ignorant of the struggle between advocates of private property and socialized management, the Missouri legislature approved a popular bill protecting private property and due process rights, by banning Agenda 21 in May 2013.

 

While the United Nations scheme was never ratified by the US Senate, it has been secretly creeping into local communities with the assistance of ICLEI, a global Agenda 21 support organization. Agricultural giant Monsanto joined the World Business Council for Sustainable Development on January 22, 2013. The WBCSD works in partnership with more than 200 major corporations to promote Agenda 21 sustainability concepts.

CFR and International Law

Advocates of world government argue that the current approach to international governance is disconnected and uncoordinated. What we need, they say, is a centralized enforcement of international law, to promote cooperation and deal with the big problems facing humanity.

 

The Council on Foreign Relations believes that the United Nations Charter has already become this type of centralized operating system, a “Motherboard of Global Governance.”

 

The Council on Foreign Relations hosted a speaker program in February 2013, called The G-20: Prospects and Challenges for Global Governance. One of the significant statements by the panel of participants was an admission by Eurasia Group President Ian Bremmer that “there’s real subversion of sovereignty by the EU.” It is now apparent that the designers of the European Union had planned that it would ultimately develop into a supranational regional government, with legislative, executive and judicial power over its member states.

Bilderberg 2013

Hertfordshire, England became the focus of world attention in June 2013, as billionaire financiers, party leaders and media moguls gathered for the Bilderberg meeting to plan international policy. Bilderberg is a four-day summit, which has been held once a year for the past 59 years. In attendance were the president and vice-president of the European Commission, the Prime Minister of Holland, David Cameron, the chairmen of the Swiss and Dutch national banks and other assorted transnational CEOs and powerful banking officials. It is suspected that, in addition to discussing business and economic matters, the attendees, who meet in secret, with no transparency or accountability, actually conspire to dictate government policy in order to unite all nations under a one-world government.

International Arms Trade Treaty

At the United Nations on June 3, 2013 over 60 nations signed the first international treaty designed to regulate the global arms trade. They hoped that the treaty would help check the flow of weapons that arm extremists in conflicts around the world. US Secretary of State John Kerry signed the document in September 2013, angering US lawmakers who vowed that the Senate will not ratify the treaty. The agreement has been criticized for failing to expressly recognize the individual right to bear arms. Senator Jim Inhofe declared the treaty “dead in the water” saying, “The administration is wasting precious time trying to sign away our laws to the global community and unelected UN bureaucrats.”

Responsibility to Protect and National Sovereignty

A panel of foreign policy figures released “The United States and R2P: From Words to Action” in June 2013. The report defends the Responsibility to Protect concept—that the international community has an obligation to intervene in a country, regardless of what its government says, to ensure the rights and safety of local populations.

 

Responsibility to Protect has been criticized as a recipe for endless “police actions” and a destabilizing attack on national sovereignty. The United States declined to invade Syria to protect civilians because the action was blocked in the UN Security Council by the Russian and Chinese vetoes. The US limited itself to arming the opposition in 2013, and working with Russia to convene a peace conference in order to bring together the Assad regime and rebels.

Signing Away Sovereignty

President Barack Obama announced in his State of the Union address in February 2013, that he intends to put the United States at the head of the Transatlantic and Trans-Pacific Partnerships. The details of these agreements have been worked out in secret. The Trans-Pacific Partnership contains an “enforcement regime” designed to supplant national laws and sovereignty. It is the forerunner to the US-EU Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). Both treaties combined will cover 60 percent of world GDP. Wikileaks editor Julian Assange says that, if instituted, “the TPP’s IP regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons. If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs.”

 

The “new world order” government is forming now, and is rapidly gaining enough power over every tribe, people, language and nation to devour the whole earth.

666-Mark of the Beast

The Prophecy

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Revelation 13:16-18

The Fulfillment

For centuries, it has been inconceivable that a system which used a “mark” could control buying and selling all over the world. In 2013, however, the rapid development of computers, Internet, Wi-Fi, social media and all sorts of information and surveillance technologies accelerated the literal fulfillment of this “666” prophecy. Government and corporate institutions are quick to implement modern, but invasive, tracking and surveillance schemes, which promote their political agenda or increase their profit potential.

 

A school district in Texas took advantage of one of these recent technologies to track attendance with an RFID-embedded badge to be worn by all pupils. A 15-year-old high school student was suspended in January for refusing to wear her badge, and transferred to another school. She sued to stay in her school, saying that the ID card violated her civil rights on religious grounds. In August 2013, she was re-admitted to her former high school, in exchange for dropping the federal lawsuit.

REAL ID, a Real Mess in 2013

REAL ID is the system designed to track and control our access to employment, housing, medicine, financial services, transportation, and more, through the federal standardization of driver’s licenses. Implementation of the program has been delayed several times because many states remain decidedly opposed to it. So few of the states had complied with the original REAL ID Act that the Department of Homeland Security came up with a set of “material compliance benchmarks” to track which states were “making progress” toward compliance.

 

By the end of February 2013, the Department of Homeland Security deemed that 19 states were compliant, with another 26 states having committed to meeting REAL ID standards. As of March 2012, according to the ACLU, twenty-five states had rejected the act or said they would not comply, and 15 states had laws prohibiting compliance with Real ID. The ACLU condemns REAL ID as a mandated but unfunded “National ID.” It also claims that the card will cost billions of dollars to implement, and that it will increase identity theft. The most recent postponement extends implementation to January 15, 2014 and the earliest you could be penalized for not having a REAL ID card would be December 2014.

Immigration Reform, a Massive Federal Database

An immigration reform bill was introduced in the Senate in April that many believed had the potential to advance the civil rights and liberties of immigrants and put millions on the road to citizenship. The bill has been at the forefront of disputes about illegal immigration and border security. Only about half of the southern border of the United States is under operational control. Senator Rand Paul wrote, in May, 2013 that he opposes the bill because it contains a “photo tool”, a massive federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security, which contains names, ages, Social Security numbers and photographs of everyone in the country with a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID.

 

The Immigration Reform bill would require employers to look up every new hire in the database to verify that they match their “photo tool” facial scan. This has the potential to put citizens and authorized workers at risk of losing their jobs due to systematic errors, and raises concerns about the lack of privacy protections needed to guard against identity theft. A House bipartisan group called the “gang of seven” proposed a compromise plan, but House members said they don’t expect anything to happen with the gang’s bill “in the near future.”

Biometric Identification

E-Verify, inside the immigration bill, is a biometric electronic employment verification system. It is one of many technologies that depend on an individual’s unique physiological identifiers, such as fingerprints, facial and retinal scans, voiceprints and more. E-Verify can be used to restrict legal activity to anything, and there is no logical or practical limit to its use.

Obamacare’s Data Hub Privacy Threat

The Federal Data Services Hub, a major component of Obamacare, will contain Social Security numbers, employment information, birth dates, health records, tax returns and other personal data. All the information needed to steal a person’s identity will be readily available to a skilled hacker, resulting in a massive security threat.

Cashless Society

China, Nigeria and Israel were a few of the countries that began to fully embrace electronic payments in 2013, with a view toward ultimately eliminating cash transactions. Bitcoin currency also came into use in 2013. It is an example of emerging cashless financial models that rely on peer-to-peer technology, with no central authority or banks. Some see an advantage to an all-electronic economy because it would facilitate collecting taxes before personal income gets to the workers’ accounts.

Utah Data Center

By the beginning of 2013, the Utah Data Center was made almost fully operational by the federal government. It is a $2 billion complex containing 100,000 square feet of computer space. Along with three other massive new facilities, digital information from all over the world can be stored, with the capacity to compile everything about everyone for over one hundred years. In October 2013, it was reported that the Utah Data Center had experienced a series of mysterious meltdowns, pushing back the opening for a year.

That No Man Might Buy or Sell

The key to the final Antichrist global economic system will be the control of whether a person is permitted to hold a job. That system is widely spreading throughout the world now. Everyone in Uganda of 18 years and above, for example, will receive a national ID card. It will be the only means of making Ugandans eligible for employment, school enrollment, medical care and government assistance. If you want to have a job in the Antichrist’s global economy, you must have a valid, government recognized ID and be in the global database. No job? No buying or selling.

The Prophecy

And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. According to the Bible, a global dictator, the Antichrist, will rise to power in collaboration with the False Prophet, the leader of a world-wide religious system. Key to the foundation of the Antichrist’s tyranny will be the formation of a false religious unity. This kind of harmony will be based on acceptance and compromise, instead of on sound teaching. Mankind will unite under a charismatic and powerful leader, and doctrinal divisions between the world’s religions will soon fade away.

The Fulfillment

The New Pope of the People

Jorge Bergoglio of Argentina was elected pope in March 2013, and chose the name Francis, becoming the first pontiff from the Americas and the first from outside Europe in more than a millennium. Since his election, his folksiness, humility, rejection of the ostentatious trappings of his office and refusal to judge single mothers, atheists and homosexuals has helped him achieve almost universal appeal. Time magazine declared him to be the “New World Pope.” United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon welcomed him as a ‘Global Spiritual Leader.’ The “Pope Francis Effect”, which Forbes calls it, has enabled him to become one of the most popular figures on the planet. Forbes, the prestigious American business magazine, listed Pope Francis as number four in their ranking of “The 72 Who Rule the World.”

 

Pope Francis soon declared his “determination to continue on the path of ecumenical dialogue.” Interfaith leaders welcomed him as a champion of the poor and the most vulnerable. Timothy George, dean of Beeson Divinity School of Samford University, called the new Pope, “Our Francis, too.” Pope Francis reached out in friendship to, what he termed, “so many Muslim brothers and sisters,” during a Good Friday procession in late March. In November, he reaffirmed his commitment to Jewish-Christian relations, saying, “Dialogue and friendship with the children of Israel are part of the life of Jesus’ disciples.”

Washington National Cathedral Hosts One-World Religious Service

In January 2013, Barack Obama and Joseph Biden were joined by over two thousand people at the Washington National Cathedral for an interfaith service. Christians, Catholics, Muslims, Sikhs and Jews joined in prayer for the Obama administration.

Global Faith Forum

A “Global Faith Forum” was hosted at NorthWood Church of Keller, Texas in November. The 3,000-member church welcomed a former Saudi intelligence chief, a former director-general of Al-Jazeera, and officials from the US Muslim Brotherhood.

Recognizing Each Other’s Baptisms

In January 2013, Leaders of Catholic and Reformed churches signed an agreement to recognize each other’s sacraments of baptism. The “Common Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Baptism” puts an official stamp on mutual recognition of baptisms by each of the church groups.

Interfaith Dialogue for World Peace

World Interfaith Harmony Week was hosted by the United Nations in February 2013. According to United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, “Too many religious leaders have stoked intolerance, supported extremism and propagated hate…”

Interfaith Dialogue with Wiccans

Rev. Sarah Halverson of Farview Community Church hosted Wiccans at an Interfaith Dialog Day in May 2013, in Costa Mesa, California. She wrote a letter to a concerned neighbor, saying, “we believe that God and Jesus call us to be open, loving and tolerant…”

Parliament of World’s Religions’ New Ambassador

Founded in 1893, the World’s Parliament of Religions went on to convene, in 1993, the largest interfaith gathering in a century, with 8,000 in attendance. In June 2013, Mr. Kamala Kanta Dash, an interfaith activist, was appointed as an Ambassador by the Parliament of the World’s Religions. It was reported that he will represent the PWR to promote inter-religious dialogue, global justice, peace and sustainable development.

 

Although there are many obstacles to the formation of a global religious system, as the world becomes more unstable, natural disasters, horrifying wars, insecurity and fear will drive many people to a one-world religion that draws everyone together and promises peace on earth.

 

Pope Francis seems to fit the description of the type of world leader who could bring the world together into a tolerant, socially conscious society. St. Malachy’s ancient “Prophecy of the Popes” seems to indicate that Pope Francis could be the last Pope. Whether this proves to be true or not, the Bible says that the last Pope will be aligned with the world’s last political leader, the Antichrist. Increasing interfaith activities and world religion initiatives indicate that a time of great Biblical significance is now at hand.

 

As we look back over the prophetic fulfillments of 2013, it is clear that all of the prophecies that are supposed to occur just prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ are coming to pass with great accuracy and with rapid acceleration.

 

The conclusion is simple—we are not approaching the end of the age…we are already there!
