PA Envoy: ICC Can Start Investigating Israel

The Palestinian Authority’s representative at the United Nations said on Thursday that the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) can immediately start examining allegations of war crimes against Israel if she chooses, according to The Associated Press (AP).
