Fox host links shooting to ‘hateful’ Dem rhetoric

Fox News anchor Eric Bolling drew a connection on Wednesday between the “hateful” rhetoric of Democratic “politicians and celebrities” and the baseball field shooting in a Washington, D.C. suburb that left a congressman and four others wounded.

“Crazy people act on the crazy things they hear from politicians and celebrities,” Bolling said on “The Fox News Specialists.”

“Think before you utter those blind, hateful words next time liberals because there are crazy people out there taking your metaphors literally.”

Bolling pointed to a Snoop Dogg video in which the rapper shoots at what appears to be President Trump dressed in a clown costume; Kathy Griffin’s photo shoot in which she holds up a fake, bloody severed head of the president; and The Public Theater’s Shakespeare production of “Julius Caesar” in which the Roman leader looks like Trump.
