Fatah leader Jibril Rajoub said that in light of a lack of trust between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, there is a need for a third party to moderate talks.Rajoub said that the Palestinian Arabs are full of hope regarding the French summit. According to Rajoub, the moderator must be fair, recognize the State of Israel’s right to existence in the Middle East, as well as Palestinian Arabs’ right to a state according to 1967 borders.
