Chuck Hagel and the Rise of the Beast

U.S. Secretary of Defense Joins Dignitaries Heralding the New World Order

By Rick Brinegar

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has joined the ranks of many other world leaders who have officially announced the beginnings of the New World Order. At Aspen Institute’s “Washington Ideas Forum,” Hagel said that we live in “historic, defining times.” He continued, “I think we are seeing a new world order.”

A look at recent events in the news proves that we really are in historic and defining times. Hostility between Israel and the Palestinians is boiling after the attempted murder of Temple Mount activist Rabbi Yehuda Glick. Palestinian Authority President Abbas has called the resulting closings of the Temple Mount and the Dome of the Rock a “declaration of war.” The Islamic State, a.k.a. ISIS or ISIL, persists with its bloody vision to take over the Middle East and create a new Caliphate. China continues to rise as a formidable economic and military power, and tensions between the United States and Russia seem to be reviving the Cold War era. Ad to these Ebola, financial collapse, budget constraints and the climate change and border “crises” and we get enough turmoil to change political and economic structures all over the world.

President Obama referred to a “new order” in a speech before the Democratic National Committee in Seattle on July 22, 2014. If capitalism is the old order, then the President seemed to be describing a transition phase, most likely a transition into globalism, when he said, “…part of people’s concern is just the sense that around the world the old order isn’t holding and we’re not quite yet to where we need to be in terms of a new order that’s based on a different set of principles, that’s based on a sense of common humanity, that’s based on economies that work for all people.”

Vice-President Joe Biden has challenged Air Force Academy graduates to shape a “new world order for the 21st century.” During the 1991 Persian Gulf Debates, John Kerry managed to say the phrase “New World Order” six times in 81 seconds. In his address before a joint session Congress on September 11, 1990, President George H. W. Bush said, “Out of these troubled times, our…objective – a New World Order – can emerge… Today, that new world is struggling to be born, a world quite different from the one we have known…”

According to the Bible, in the last days, after Israel has been restored as a nation, a ten-nation confederacy will be formed in Europe out of a revived Holy Roman Empire. From this political union, with the support of the world’s religions, one man will rise to power. He will confirm a seven-year agreement with Israel and the Palestinians that will be broken after three and a half years. This man is known as the Antichrist. He is probably alive on earth now. And, very soon, the Antichrist will be added to the roster of dignitaries heralding the conquest of the New World Order.
