Impact of Trump’s Jerusalem Declaration

When President Trump announced he was recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, the predictions came out in a flurry. The Arabs will riot! He just started WW III! The peace process is over!

However, the demonstrations that were predicted to number in the 1,000s were attended by less than a hundred. The riots and the wars never materialized. And it was announced that the peace process needed to go forward faster than ever. Will it happen? We don’t know yet, but we do know that President Trump’s action was definitely a game changer.
