Democratic Senate Hopeful: Up to 20 Percent of Muslims want Caliphate

We have been told repeatedly that Islam is a peaceful religion. Yet almost every terror attack ends up being motivated by Islam. What percentage of Muslims actually believe Islam should rule the world? And what percentage of Muslims would be willing to use jihad to reach this goal?
