How Close Are We to the Final Seven Years

End of the Age News

Are you aware that the final seven years to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the Battle of Armageddon could start in April 2014?

Now, I understand that such a statement causes many questions such as:
How will we know when the final seven years starts?
How close are we?

Today, I want to answer both of the questions.

The prophecy that tells us which event starts the final seven years is found in Daniel 9:27 which states, “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

For the sake of time, I am simply going to give you the interpretation of the verse.

A peace agreement is going to be signed, in the very near future, between the Israelis and Palestinians that will recognize Israel’s right to exist in the Holy Land and will allow Israel to build it’s Third Temple.

The signing of the peace agreement is the event that will start the final seven years to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the Battle of Armageddon.

How will we be able to recognize the specific treaty that will start the final seven years?

It will result in a two-state solution that will place the Jews, living in Judea and Samaria (West Bank), under the rule of the Palestinians.
It will place the Temple Mount under an internationally supervised sharing arrangement that will allow Israel to build the third Temple.

One might ask, “Why is this important right now?”

Well, if you follow the news at all, you know that Secretary of State John Kerry is trying to move heaven and earth to get the Israelis and the Palestinians to sign this very agreement by April of this year.

In just a few days from now, Mr. Kerry is supposed to present a framework agreement to Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

What does the framework deal include?

Last month, Aaron Klein (WND) stated that, “Secretary of State John Kerry quietly presented a U.S. plan for eastern Jerusalem that calls for an international administrative mandate to control holy sites in the area, according to informed Palestinian and Israeli diplomatic sources.”

In December Debkafile provided us with several guidelines for John Kerry’s framework deal, “4. East Jerusalem will be divided territorially along the lines of the Clinton Parameters with the exception of the “Holy Basin,” which comprises 0.04% of the West Bank.
Sovereignty over this ancient heart of Jerusalem, with its unique and historic concentration of Jewish, Christian and Muslim shrines, will pass to an international commission comprised of the US, Israel, the Palestinians, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.”

So it appears that John Kerry will propose the sharing of the Temple Mount.

Furthermore, Israeli PM Netanyahu, in Davos, Switzerland stated during a briefing for Israeli journalists on the nine-month negotiating cycle, which ends in April…, “I have no intention of evacuating any settlement or uprooting any Israelis,”

Consequently, “He thinks Jews should be allowed to live in a future Palestinian state,” the official said.
