It’s so easy to imagine Jesus walking across the water as we cruise in our Jesus Boat across the

 

Sea of Galilee. Experiencing baptisms in the Jordan River where Jesus Himself was baptized is an unparalleled spiritual experience!

 

As we stand high up on the Hill of Megiddo looking down at the Plain of Megiddo where the Battle of Armageddon will soon take place, we can imagine the jet airplanes screaming overhead while the heavy tanks rumble through that natural theater of war – seven miles wide and fifteen miles long. We read the prophecies straight from the Bible as we stand on the very site where it will all soon come to pass.

 

It’s really hard to absorb it all as we travel through the streets of Nazareth where our Lord spent His childhood. We pass by the city of Cana where Jesus performed His first miracle – turning the water into wine at the wedding feast.

 

Our stop at Caesarea Philippi is etched in our memory as we hear how Peter made his famous pronouncement when Jesus asked the question, “Whom do men say that I am?” And then to His disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” Peter’s answer still rings down through the corridors of time: “Thou art the Christ – the Son of the living God!” There! Someone finally said it! You are the Messiah! You are the one we have waited for since the beginning of creation.

 

Jesus then emphatically stated: Peter, it is upon this truth that I am the Messiah and the Chief Cornerstone that I will build my church. And the gates of Hell will not be able to prevail against it.

 

All these things really happened, and we will stand at the places where they happened, experiencing them all over again!

Walking Into the Future!

Not only will we re-experience what happened 2,000 years ago, but we will also learn what is getting ready to happen in the very near future.

 

We will stand on the Temple Mount where Israel’s Third Temple will soon be built. We will travel through Judea where Jews will have to run for their lives a few years from now. Standing in front of the tombs of Zechariah and Jehoshaphat, we will read their prophecies about the Battle of Armageddon that will actually culminate right in front of their burial places. Last, but certainly not least, we will stand on the Mount of Olives where Jesus will touch down when He comes back to earth at the time of the Battle of Armageddon. We don’t have time to tell about Jericho, the

 

Dead Sea, Bethlehem, the Garden of Gethsemane, Calvary, and the Garden Tomb where Jesus was buried and we will also visit.
