Has Revelation 9:15 Already Taken Place?

Question: Tony from Nebraska called to ask Irvin about Revelation 9:15; Are we witnessing a preparation for their release or have they been released already?

 

Answer: I do not know whether they have actually been released or not. There are some people who think they were released on 911 because the attacks on New York City came from that part of the world. I’m not sure I agree with that; I do not think that WWIII began on 911. However, we know for sure that it is coming, either they have been released or on the brink of being released.
