Pope Benedict XVI is to resign at the end of this month after nearly eight years as the head of the Catholic Church, saying he is too old to continue at the age of 85.

How will we know this pope will be the false prophet
We will not until the final seven years begin and we see the antichrist come onto the scene. God bless.
In the End Days during the Tribulation the antichrist will have a PR man to expound on the antichrists’ greatness, etc. It is in Rev., and some other Old Test. chptrs. and maybe in 1st and 2nd Thessalonians.
It is thought that who else would have great have an ‘in’ with the people than the Pope. Look up St. Malachys prophecy.It is certainly interesting.
Isn’t there a Bible prophecy in regards to the pope’s resignation?

How does the Pope’s resignation fit in with prophecy. Will not the next one be the last, and the false prophet?
