In regards to the caller about the churches turning to Judiasim. Although some do carry the Hebraic Roots movement too far, We are also told that the Jews carry the oracles of the LORD and their salvation is RICHNESS for the Gentiles! There are also verses that speak clearly of the Gentiles grabbing onto the Jews for their teaching! The Hebraic Roots / Messianic Movement IS very much prophesied and prophetic!

The Times and Seasons

We can and do know the times and seasons, we will not know the day. There is a big difference. We know by the signs the day is approaching, drawing nearer, because we are not in darkness. However, just like Noah did not know the exact day, we also, seeing the signs, preparing ourselves, we will be ready. Those who are close to Jesus will not be taken unawares as they will be ready because they see the day approaching. This does not equate to knowing the exact day. Once you understand this, the whole teaching of a mid or post tribulation falls apart. If you believe in either, you have to admit that when it starts, you are able to count to the last day by the Bibles teaching of the exact length of the seven years of Jacob’s trouble.

You are right on and I can understand the prophecies, even the symbols of the nations as I had figured most of them over the years of reading the bible. The feet mingled with clay seems to me represents fragility. Clay is not strong, will not hold up under a storm (wind and rain and floods), such as some churches and incorrect doctrine. My thoughts today. You are so very annointed.

If you look a ra traditional Jewish wedding when the bridegoom gets the bride and takes her into his chamber they stay there for 7 days(Daniels 70th week or tribulation) You have to look at scriptures in Hebrew and Greek but I agree with Rick vaughn the falling away then the man of sin is revealed is the rapture. Then the anti Christ is revealed and the war that’s about to break out in Israel with Iran is very important. So keep an eye on that!

I think makes him look bad from the outset, but then I think well, look at where the accusation is coming from, the state of Georgia. That is historically a confederate state. That is one of the states that had a history of persecuting Blacks. I think he should still go to court, no matter what, but he will probably get out of it some how because he’s rich.

Often times I see Rev 18 applied to the US, and at one point I could easily see why. However, in reading 17 & 18 together, and if you truly apply the clues given in the correct context it all makes so much sense.

MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH

It is so interesting to me that she would be called the “Mother of Harlots” and knowing that in Scripture, God made it clear many times that He considered a back slid church to be a harlot.(Exo 34:15-16, Lev 17:7 20:5-6, Num 15:39, Deut 31:16, Judges 2:17 8:27 8:33, 1Chron 5:25, 2Chron 21:13, Psalm 73:27 106:39, Ezek 6:9 23:30, Hos 4:12 9:1) In every Scripture reference above Israel had done the work of a harlot by no longer seeking after the one true God. The Vatican released a statement some time ago that they are in fact the “mother church” to anyone who practices the trinity.

Also, it seems strange to me that God would suddenly change the way He gives us prophecy about a country/nation/kingdom. Why would He reveal to us that the United States IS the eagle’s wings in Daniel 7:4 & I believe Rev 12:14, and then turn around and rename it something completely different? Furthermore, if I am understanding Rev 12:14 correctly, & I pray that I am, why would we be serving as protector to Israel during the Great Tribulation if we truly are Mystery, Babylon the Great?
No. It seems more likely to me that Mystery, Babylon the Great will not be helping Israel during the great tribulation.

Also, it is worthwhile to remember that we fled to America partly to escape religious persecution. I would advise anyone who doubts that the Vatican has ever persecuted believers, to take a study on the Inquisition(s). Which were condoned by and conducted under papal authority. While I do not excuse any misconduct committed in our country under the guise of Christianity, the Vatican has been killing the saints & anyone else who disagrees with their idea of what the Church is for over 1500 years. Which is in fact a complete disregard to everything that Christianity is. I don’t know where the Bible says to “kill thy neighbor if he disagrees with what you say,” but that has been their motto from day one.
Generally I don’t bring up the facts about the inquisitions & other killings, but I feel it is a vital part of this prophecy that people need to remember. I do not mean to offend anyone of the Catholic faith, but this is not my story, this is history. My wife grew up catholic, but glory be to God, she now has experienced Acts 2:38 for herself, and God has shown her things that I could never have done without insulting & pushing her away.

With the proper application of Scripture, I believe it becomes crystal clear that Mystery, Babylon the Great, The Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth, is in fact none other than the Vatican.

IIThesalonians chapter two tells us that “The coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together with him (ergo the rapture) shall not happen except first there come a falling away and the man of sin (the antichrist) be revealed”. As a child I was taught the oposite of what this scripture says with a narative that spun the verse that says, “only he who now lettift will let till he be taken out of the way”. The word lettift meaning, “Hendering” and that the, “he” is the church and, “talken out of the way” being the rapture. But that would contridict what Paul said in the first verse. I believe the, “He” is the Spirit Of Truth promised in the Holy Ghost. I do not believe that there will be any conversions in the tribualtion because Revelation 13 says, “And all that dwell upon the Earth shall worship him (the antichrist) whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world”. Therefore the rapture happens aftet the antichrist is revealed.

When accompanied by faith and repentance, baptism (immersion) is how and when our sins are washed away. If it is not done with the understanding that our sins are being washed away (Acts 22:16), it is not the one baptism of the New Testament (Ephesians 4:4-5). We need to respond to the truth we have been given, as soon as we understand it. Although I had been baptized before, I discovered recently that when I was baptized in the correct, scriptural manner, I actually received the new life that I had always wanted.

I’m hearing everyone’s opinions when they talk about Obama and who they don’t think he’s right. Everyone has their opinions and so do I. However we have to look at the the facts. Look at Bible Prophesy and what’s really going on. We have a presidential election, and it’s funny how certain ones are knocked out of the race and certain ones are left standing. People ought not get caught up in the political/race debate, but people ought to realize that there are other things going on behind the scenes that we know nothing about. There is still a conspiracy to create a a new world order. I DON’T CARE WHO’S IN OFFICE. No man can run this country because they are only human. Besides, we don’t know anything about these men except what the media and they tell us.(They’re only going to tell us what they want us to hear.) We don’t know everything that goes on behind the scenes. But we believe we do know they are trying to create the New World Order. We can do the best we can to vote for a good leader, but in the end we should also remember to put God first because things will get so bad that God will have to come back and correct it all.

I believe the passage you refer to in Matthew 24 coincides with the sixth seal, the rapture. I don’t see the seals as judgments but rather events. The first four seals cover the rise of the false prophet (Antichrist), the fifth seal is the martyring of the saints (clearly not a judgment), the sixth is the rapture and the seventh commences the wrath of God as brought forth by seven trumpets and bowls.

I agree that its not a salvation issue but help us to be ready and not misled which we are instructed to do.

I have a friend in Japan who came here about 20years ago as an exchange student, after the earthquake and tsunami I found her on facebook she and her family were just more than 100 miles away and were safe. While the details dovetail, they make no sense in light of current world events. The Catholic Church does not currently have any real significance in real word politics. OTOH Islam which has, as many, if not more adherents, has plenty of import. The significance of Mystery Babylon and the relative geopolitical insignificance of the Vatican seem at odds to me!

about the Harbinger mentioned by caller Dave…. I saw the auther Jonathan Cahn on tv this morning talking about The Harbinger. I bought the book on my nook and was on page 16 by the time the show went off. its format reminds me of Irvin’s book The China War and The Third Temple.
It is “eye opening” and I highly recomend it

Paul say we shall be changed, in the twinkling of an eye’ in the Greek in the blink of an eye !

A blink lasts a tenth of one second !

If someone blinks during the Rapture of the Church – they will miss it !
